Քանի Դադիվանք գնացող ուխտավորների թեման քննարկվեց ադրբեջանցիների՝ պայմանավորվածության խախտման համատեքստում, միանգամից ասեմ՝ ադրբեջանցիները նոյեմբերի 9-ից ի վեր, տարբեր բնույթի խայտառակ վարք են դրսևորում ադրբեջանական բլոկպոստերն անցնելու ժամանակ։
Ստուգումների անվան տակ, ինչ ուզում անում են։ Չկա սահմանված հստակ կանոնակարգ և այդ պայմաններում ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողները ոնց ուզում իրենց պահում են։
Այդ թվում՝ որոշում են, թե պահե՞ն ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունը, թե՞ չէ։
Արցախի իշխանությունները պարտավոր են ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի հրամանատարության հետ ճշտել, հասնել անհրաժեշտ կարգավորումների, հակառակ դեպքում, չեմ կարծում, թե մեր հայրենակիցների արժանապատվության, անվտանգության հաշվին իմաստ կա ցույց տալ, թե հայերի համար Դադիվանք գնալու արգելք չկա։
Ադրբեջանցիները գրեթե ամեն օր մեր տարածքը հատում և Շուշի են գնում-գալիս՝ առանց որևէ խոչընդոտի, իսկ մենք դեռ քննարկում ենք ուխտավորների Դադիվանք մուտք գործելու խնդիրների կամ, առհասարակ, Ադրբեջանի հետ կոմունիկացիաներ բացելու մասին։
