Արայիկ Հարությունյանը սկանդալային հայտարարություն է արել
POLITICSԱրցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հայտարարել է, որ պատերազմի արդյունքները պարզ էին արդեն հոկտեմբերի սկզբին, սակայն հայաստանյան քաղաքական ուժերն ընդհանուր հայտարարի չեն եկել. «Չի ձևավորվում քաղաքական կոնսենսուս կամ միասնական կարծիք՝ ընդդիմադիր, իշխանամետ, իշխանություն, և կարծես թե պատերազմը կանգնեցնելն այդ օրը համարում էին դավաճանություն»։ Այս մասին իր հոդվածում գրել է Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր խմբի անդամ Էլինար Վարդանյանը:
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Սա հետպատերազմյան, թերևս, ամենասկանդալային հայտարարություններից մեկն է, որը նաև ուղիղ մեղադրանքներ է պարունակում Գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատար Ն. Փաշինյանի հասցեին.

Ընդունում եք, որ մեր տղաներին տարել եք գիտակցված մահվան։ Հոկտեմբերի սկզբին իմանալով կորուստների և հետագա զարգացումների ընթացքը, դուք, ձեր վարչապետը մի քանի անգամ կոչերով դիմում էիք մեր երիտասարդներին, վերջերս զորացրվածներին վերցնել տանը եղած սաղավարտներն ու զրահաբաճկոնները և գնալ բայրաքթարների տակ զոհվելու։ Դուք գիտեիք ուր եք ուղարկում մեր երիտասարդներին։Անձամբ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը իր կոչերով գիտակցաբար մահվան է ուղարկել հազարավոր երիտասարդների։
Պատերազմի դադարեցումը չէր կարող քաղաքական կոնսենսուսի խնդիր լինել։ Ընդդիմադիր, իշխանամետ ուժերի միասնական կարծիքով չի դադարեցվում պատերազմը։ Դրա համար կա իշխանություն և քաղաքական պատասխանատվություն։ Դա հատկապես ձեր և ձեր վարչապետի պատասխանատվությունն էր։
Հոկտեմբերի 19-ին ՌԴ նախագահ Վլ. Պուտինի առաջարկով պատերազմի չդադարեցմամբ Հայաստանի իշխանությունը ստորագրել է հազարավոր նոր մահերի, նոր վիրավորների, անհետ կորածների, գերիների դատավճռի տակ։ Դուք եք հայտարարում, որ հոկտեմբերի սկզբին պատերազմի արդյունքներն արդեն պարզ էին։
Սա ամենածանր մեղադրանքն էր, որ հնչեց վարչապետի հասցեին իր իսկ զինակցի կողմից։ Մնացածը արդարացումներն այլևս անիմաստ են։
