Ինչո՞ւ են համընկնում Ադրբեջանի ու Հայաստանի ղեկավարների «տեսակետները». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Օրերս Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հերթական անգամ կոշտ հայտարարություններ է արել Հայաստանի հասցեին: Նա անդրադարձել է նաև Հայաստան զենք ներկրող Պատրոն Դավիթ մականունով հայտնի Դավիթ Գալստյանին՝ նշելով, որ նա Ռուսաստանում զենք ու զինամթերք է գնել և տեղափոխել Հայաստան: Սա Ադրբեջանի նախագահի կողմից որակվել է որպես հանցագործություն, իսկ ավելի ստույգ՝ «կոնտրաբանդա»: Թշնամական երկրի ղեկավարի նման արձագանքը, երևի թե, ինքնին բնական է: Գալստյանը իսկապես մեծ դերակատարություն է ունեցել Հայաստանի համար սպառազինություն հայթայթելու հարցում, և Ադրբեջանում նրա նկատմամբ նախագահի մակարդակով ատելությունը բնական է: Սակայն ուշագրավ է, որ Դավիթ Գալստյանին նույն «հաջողությամբ» մեղադրում են նաև Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները: Նրան մեղսագրվող մեղադրանքը, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, չեն հաստատում անգամ վարչապետին ենթակա գերատեսչությունները, սակայն շարունակաբար կալանքի տակ են պահում: Խոսքը մի մարդու մասին է, որը, ըստ մամուլի տեղեկությունների, պատերազմի օրերին իր անձնական միջոցներով ձեռք է բերել երկու ԻԼ-76 ինքնաթիռ և իր թիմով 24-ժամյա ռեժիմով կազմակերպել զենք-զինամթերքի տեղափոխություն: Ընդ որում, խոսքը զենքի առքուվաճառքի մասին չէ, այլ տեղափոխման կազմակերպման՝ 180-ից ավելի թռիչքների միջոցով:
Ի դեպ, Ալիևը չի «մոռացել» նաև ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանին՝ նրան ևս այս կոնտեքստում մեղադրանքներ ներկայացնելով: Անկարևոր չէ նշել, որ նույն Ալիևը հպարտությամբ է նշում, որ Դավիթ Գալստյանը Հայաստանում կալանավորված է, իսկ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանն ազատված է աշխատանքից: Հետաքրքիր է, որ պատերազմի հետ առնչվող քրեական գործերը քնեցվում են ԱԱԾ, Քննչական կոմիտեի և այլ կառույցների վարույթներում: Դե, նախընտրական շրջան է, իշխանությունները զբաղված են սեփական վերարտադրությամբ և նման «մանր» հարցերով զբաղվելու ժամանակ չունեն: Եվ, ըստ էության, միակ մարդը, որին փորձեցին հռչակել պատերազմում պարտության մեղավոր և շարունակում է մնալ կալանքի տակ, Դավիթ Գալստյանն է, իսկ Դավիթ Տոնոյանն էլ դարձավ յուրատեսակ «քավության նոխազ»: Ստացվում է, որ այս անձանց հարցում Ադրբեջանի ու Հայաստանի ղեկավարների «տեսակետները» լիովին համընկնում են՝ թե՛ Դավիթ Գալստյանին անազատության մեջ պահելու, թե՛ պաշտպանության նախարարին պաշտոնից ազատելու: Դե, ինչ, մնում է՝ Ալիևի հայտարարությունների հիման վրա Հայաստանում մի քրեական գործ էլ Տոնոյանի նկատմամբ հարուցեն, ու պատկերն ամբողջական կդառնա:
