SOCIETYՍյունիքի մարզի Խնածախ գյուղի մոտ` բարձադիր հատվածում ադրբեջանական կողմը սկսել է խրամատ կառուցել: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Սյունիքի Տեղ խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավար Ներսես Շադունցը։
«Այնպես չի, որ նրանք եկել են, մեր տարածքում են կառուցում: Մեր մեջ պայմանավորվածություն է եղել, որ այդտեղ իրենք էլ չկանգնեն, մենք էլ չկանգնենք, բայց մենք հիմա, որ մի կետի վրա կենտրոնանում ենք, նրանք այնպես են անում, որ գան կանգնեն: Բացի այդ երբեմն մեր հովիվները այնտեղ կենդանիներին են արածեցնում, դա էլ նրանց դուր չի գալիս, երեւի: Նրանք իրենց տարածքում են կանգնել, դիտակետ են դրել, ինժիներական աշխատանքներ են անում: Իրենց անմիջապես դիմացն էլ՝ 5-10 մետր հեռավորության վրա էլ մեր բանակն է դնում, փակեն, որ գյուղը չերեւա: Մենք ի՞նչ անենք, մեր ձեռքին բան չկա, դա ՏԻՄ լուծելու հարց չէ: Բայց գյուղացին էլ ասում է՝ մեր տերը դու ես, քեզ ենք ասում, բա ի՞մ տերն ով է: Մեր բանակային կորպուսի հետ աշխատանքներ ենք տանում, որ վիճակը մեղմացնենք: Գյուղի տարածքում եւ հարակից բոլոր բարձրունքներն հակառակորդի վերահսկողության տակ են, դեռ դելիմիտացիոն աշխատանքներ չեն արվել»,-ասաց համայնքի ղեկավարը:
Շադունցի խոսքով` ադրբեջանցիները ավելի ագրեսիվ են դարձել. «Նախկինում, որ եկել էին, բարեհամբույր էին: Կամաց-կամաց նրանց տրամադրությունները փոխվում են, ագրեսիվ են դառնում, հովիվներին չեն թողնում մոտենալ»:
Շադունցի խոսքով` տարածաշրջանում գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների համար ոչ մի խնդիր չի առաջանում, բացի Արավուսից, որտեղ նույնպես 1-2 օրից հարցը կլուծվի:
«Մեր տարածքում հովիվներին ասում են՝ մոտ մի գնացեք, փորձում են վախի մթնոլորտ ստեղծել հովիվների մոտ այդ հենակետում: Դաշտային աշխատանքների համար խոչընդոտներ չեն առաջացել, մեր ժողովուրդը վախկոտ չէ: Ձմռանը՝ 4-5 ամիս առաջ, մանր եղջերավոր անասնագլխաքանակի մոտ 60 տոկոսը վաճառել են, որովհետեւ ձմեռային արոտներ չունեինք: Նախկինում այդ անասունները իջնում էին մինչեւ Ջրական(Ջաբրայիլ)»,-ասում է համայնքապետը` հավելելով, որ այս պահին Սյունիքի սահմանամերձ համայնքերից մեծ թափով արտագաղթ չկա, բայց սուտ կլինի ասել, թե ընդհանրապես չկա:
