Մանրամասներ` «Թոխմախի» գերեզմանատանը տեղի ունեցած սպանության փորձից․ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ․ ՔԿ
SOCIETY2021թ. մայիսի 1-ին` ժամը 01.50-ին, «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներով իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել չորս անձ:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ սպանության փորձի և ապօրինի կերպով զենք ձեռք բերելու, պահելու կամ կրելու հատկանիշներով: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն։
«Իրականացված մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ բժշկական կենտրոն տեղափոխված անձանց ինքնությունը:
Քննությամբ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել նաև այն մասին, որ վերջիններս մարմնական վնասվածքներն ստացել են Երևան քաղաքի Դավիթ Բեկ փողոցին հարակից տարածքում գտնվող գերեզմանատանը տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել է 5.45մմ տրամաչափի ինքաձիգ և «ՏՏ» տեսակի ատրճանակ՝ իրենց փամփշտատուփերով, կրակված պարկուճներ, խոհանոցային դանակ և արնանման հետքեր, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ:
Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու համար նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք:
Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
