Սպանություն Վայոց ձորի մարզում. Եղեգնաձորի «Գետնատուն» գինեգործարանի տիրոջ 29-ամյա թոռը մահացել է
SOCIETYԱյսօր՝ մայիսի 1-ին, հրազենի գործադրմամբ սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել Վայոց ձորի մարզում: Այս մասին հայտնում է SHAMSHYAN.com-ը:
Ժամը 21:40-ի սահմաններում, «Եղեգնաձոր» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Եղեգնաձորի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ հրազենային վնասվածքով իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի:
Հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված վիրավորը որոշ ժամանակ անց՝ գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է:
Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ մահացածը հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել Եղեգնաձոր քաղաքի «Գետնատուն» գինեգործարանի տարածքից: Այս պահին նշված վայրում ուժեղացված ծառայություն են կատարում Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 6-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Գեղամ Մարգարյանի գլխավորությամբ: Նույն վաշտի տեսուչներ Հայկ Մարտիրոսյանն ու Իսրայել Մարտիրոսյանը դեպքի վայրի հարևանությամբ գտնվող փողոցում հայտնաբերել են Toyota Camry մակնիշի 092 QO 02 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենան, որով՝ ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների, սպանություն կատարողը ժամանել է նշված գինեգործարան և իր մոտ եղած որսորդական երկփողանի հրացանով կրակոց է արձակել 29-ամյա Վահե Մկրտչյանի ուղղությամբ:
Որոշ ժամանակ անց նա ինքնակամ ներկայացել է ոստիկանության Եղեգնաձորի բաժին: Այս պահին դեպքի վայրի զննություն են կատարում Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչության քննիչները՝ վարչության պետ Մեսրոպ Նիկողոսյանի և հատկապես կարոևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Գաբրիել Վիրաբյանի գլխավորությամբ: Դեպքի վայրում ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները հայտնաբերել են 2 բջջային հեռախոս, արնանման հետքեր, ինչպես նաև հանցագործության գործիք հրացանը:
Փաստի առթիվ քննիչ Գ. Վիրաբյանի որոշմամբ՝ ՀՀ քր-օր-ի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված մի քանի քաղաքացի ասում էին, որ սպանվածը սպանության կասկածանքով ոստիկանություն ներկայացած Նաիրի Բաղդասարյանի քրոջ տղան էր, սպանվածը նաև գործարանի սեփականատիրոջ՝ Աղասի Բաղդասարյանի թոռն էր:
Դեպքի վայրում սպանվածի մոր ինքնազգացողությունը վատացավ, ինչի համար ոստիկանությունը ահազանգեց Եղեգնաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղից ժամանեց բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը:
