Հայաստանն ու Արցախը պետք է շտապեն․․․

Ադրբեջանն Արցախի ու Հայաստանի հետ սահմանագծի տարբեր ուղղություններով ակտիվ ինժեներական աշխատանքների իրականացումն առաջնային օրակարգում է պահելու այս ու առաջիկա տարիներին:
Դա նրա համար ունի և ռազմական, և քաղաքական նշանակություն:
Ռազմական տեսանկյունից, հենակետի, դիտակետի կամ ուղեկալի տեղակայումը ենթադրում է անհրաժեշտ կահավորում և եթե Ադրբեջանն առաջնագծի որևէ ուղղությամբ հենակետ է տեղակայում, բնական է, որ դրան զուգահեռ պետք է անհրաժեշտ ենթակառուցվածքային, պաշտպանական աշխատանքներ իրականացնի:
Դեռ չեմ խոսում այն մասին, որ ուժի կիրառումից չհրաժարվելու պայմաններում Ադրբեջանը ստեղծելու այնպիսի բնագիծ, ինչը նրան հնարավորություն կտա իրականացնելու պահպանության, պաշտպանության, հակահարձակման և հարձակվողական խնդիրներ:
Քաղաքական առումով, հատկապես բնակավայրերի, մայրուղիների և ռազմավարական այլ օբյեկտների հարակից հատվածներում սահմանագծի առկայությունն Ադրբեջանն օգտագործելու է վերահսկման և ըստ անհրաժեշտության՝ ճնշման հնարավորություն ապահովելու համար:
Այն ինչ գրեթե ամենօրյա ռեժիմով ականատես ենք լինում Արցախի կամ Հայաստանի տարբեր ուղղություններում մեր առօրյայի մի մասն են դառնալու:
Ադրբեջանը եթե նույնիսկ սադրանքներ չիրականացնի էլ, հասկանալի է, որ ունեցած խաղաքարտն օգտագործելու Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերություններում ճնշումներ, շանտաժներ իրականացնելու և տարբեր հարցերում զիջումների հասնելու համար:
Իրավիճակը մեղմելու համար Հայաստանն ու Արցախը պետք է շտապեն: Ադրբեջանը դիրքավորվելու առումով մեկնարկային առավելություններ է ստացել, ինչը պայմանավորված է նրանց արագ, նպատակային գործելու և հայկական կողմի տարօրինակ դանդաղկոտությամբ:
Հայաստանի ու Արցախի՝ այս ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքն, ակհայտորեն չի չեզոքացնում Ադրբեջանի առաջադրած տեմպը, ընդ որում՝ մեկնարկում, նույնիսկ չկարգավորված սահմանների պայմաններում Հայաստանն ուներ ավելի լավ նախադրյալներ, սակայն իր հնարավորություններից չօգտվեց, իսկ ներկայումս հայկական կողմը հետապնդողի դերում է:
Հայաստանը անհրաժեշտ ռեսուրսներ չի ներդնում ստեղծված նոր իրավիճակում անհրաժեշտ դիրքավորում ապահովելու համար, իսկ եթե հիմա կորցնենք հնարավորությունը, ապա հետագա տարիներին սահմանային հավասարակշռությունը պահելու հարցը լինելու է խնդրահարույց, ինչը մեզ վրա կունենա քաղաքական, ռազմական, տնտեսական, սոցիալական ծանր հետևանքներ:
