Այսօր` դեկտեմբերի 16-ին, Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սևանի քննչական բաժնի պետի պաշտոնակատար Հովհաննես Մարտիրոսյանը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը որպես խափանման միջոց երկամսյա կալանքի որոշում կայացնի Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Շատվան գյուղի գյուղապետ Լևոն Աբրահամյանի որդու` 40-ամյա Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի նկատմամբ:

Վերջինս կասկածվում է դեկտեմբերի 11-ին իր վարած Mercedes մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Գեղարքունիքի մարզում 3 հոգու մահվան պատճառ դարձած ավտովթարին մասնկացություն ունենալու մեջ:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դատավոր Յուրա Իսկոյանը դռնփակ դատական նիստը անցկացնելուց և խորհրդակցական սենյակից վերադառնալով` բավարարեց բաժնի պետի պաշտոնակատարի միջորդությունը և Տ. Աբրահամյանը կալանավորվեց: 

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, դեկտեմբերի 14-ին, Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սևանի քննչական բաժնի պետի պաշտոնակատար Հովհաննես Մարտիրոսյանի որոշմամբ Գեղարքունիքի մարզում 3 անձի մահվան պատճառ դարձած հիմնական կասկածյալ, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Շատվան գյուղի բնակիչ, 40-ամյա Տիգրան Լևոնի Աբրահամյանը ձերբակալվել էր:
