Մինչև մեկ տարեկան երեխա խնամող կանանց աշխատանքային հարաբերություններում նախատեսվում է փոփոխություն
SOCIETYՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության կողմից շրջանառության մեջ դրված «Աշխատանքային օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագծով մինչև մեկ տարեկան երեխա խնամող կանանց աշխատանքային հարաբերություններում նախատեսվում է փոփոխություն: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության Աշխատանքի և զբաղվածության վարչության պետ Ժորա Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ գործող կանոնակարգով մինչև մեկ տարեկան երեխա խնամող կանանց համար, իրենց պահանջով, աշխատաժամանակը գործատուն կարող է դարձնել ոչ լրիվ:
«Եթե, օրինակ, աշխատում է 8 ժամ, ապա կարող է դիմել գործատուին և այն դարձնել 6 ժամ: Տվյալ պարագայում գործատուն չի կարող մերժել, սակայն նկատի ունենանք, որ եթե ոչ լրիվ աշխատաժամանակով է սկսում աշխատել, ապա կվերանայվի վարձատրությունը: Մենք նոր փոփոխությամբ առաջարկում ենք, նույն պայմանները պահպանելով, երեխայի մինչև մեկ տարեկանի շեմը բարձրացնել ու դարձնել մինչև 1.5 տարի»,-նշել է Ժորա Սարգսյանը:
Մեկ այլ փոփոխության մասին. գործող կարգավորումները հնարավորություն են տալիս կրծքով կերակրող կնոջը յուրաքանչյուր երեք ժամը մեկ ունենալ կես ժամ ընդմիջում երեխային կերակրելու համար:
«Այդ կես ժամվա հետ կապված միշտ խնդիր է առաջանում: Շատ են ստացվում դիմում- բողոքներ այն մասին, որ աշխատող մայրերը չեն հասցնում այդ կես ժամվա ընթացքում գնալ կերակրել երեխային ու վերադառնալ: Դրանից, բացի, այսօր գիտենք, որ աշխատավայրերում հիմնականում երեխաների համար նախատեսված սենյակներ էլ չկան: Հետևաբար` մենք առաջարկում ենք, որ եթե աշխատողը ցանկանա, ապա կարող է երեք ժամը մեկ նախատեսված կես ժամանոց ընդմիջումները միավորել ու մեկ անգամ 1.30 ժամանոց ընդմիջում ստանալ ու գնալ երեխային կերակրելու»,- հավելեց Ժորա Սարգսյանը:
