Երևանի մանկապարտեզներից մեկում երեխաների մոտ աղիքային վարակ է հայտնաբերվել

Մայիսի 3-ին «Արաբկիր» բժշկական համալիր - երեխաների և դեռահասների առողջության ինստիտուտից ՀՀ ԱՆ Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնին տեղեկացրել են «Աղիքային վարակ և սուր գաստրոէնտերիտ» նախնական ախտորոշմամբ 3 երեխայի հոսպիտալացման վերաբերյալ՝ 1-ը՝ 6 տարեկան, 2-ը՝ 5 տարեկան): Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

Երեխաների գանգատները սկսվել են մայիսի 1-ին՝ արյունային լուծ, 38-39 °C ջերմություն: Լաբորատոր հետազոտության նպատակով ստացիոնարում վերցված կղանքի մանրէաբանական հետազոտության արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է E.Coli, վերջնական ախտորոշում է դրվել՝ «Էշերիխիոզ»:

Համաճարակաբանական հետազոտության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ երեխաները հաճախում են Երևանի «N» մանկապարտեզ, նույն մանկապարտեզ հաճախող ևս 3 երեխա` աղիքային վարակին բնորոշ գանգատներով, գտնվում են տանը: Մանկապարտեզում նույն ախտանշաններով հայտնաբերված ևս մեկ երեխա մեկուսացվել է:

Մանկապարտեզի շրջակա միջավայրի մակերեսներից վերցվել է ախտահանման որակի 67 նմուշ, ջրի մանրէաբանական հետազոտության նպատակով՝ 2 նմուշ, ինչպես նաև սննդամթերքի` 7 նմուշ ոսպով ապուր, վարսակի շիլա, մսով ապուր, հավի մսով փլավ, մակարոնով փլավ, կարտոֆիլի խյուս, կաթնով): Բոլոր աշխատակիցները (10) նմուշառվել են լաբորատոր հետազոտության նպատակով, ինչպես ստաֆիլակոկակրության, այնպես էլ մանրէակրության վերաբերյալ: Մանրէաբանական լաբորատոր հետազոտության նպատակով նմուշառվել են նաև մանկապարտեզի սաները (53):
