SOCIETYՄիջադեպը տեղի է ունեցել այն պատճառով, որ մեր հովիվը մոտեցել է դիրքերին ու այնտեղ քաշքշուկ է եղել, հետո այն հարթվել է: Այս մասին խորհրդարանում հայտարարեց ՊՆ նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը՝ խոսելով Արավուսում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի մասին:
Հարությունյանը նաև վստահեցրեց, որ այն սահմանը, որը նախատեսված է եղել Խորհրդային Միությամբ ու ճանաչված անկախ Հայաստանով, ամբողջությամբ պահպանվում է. «Կան տեղեր, որոնք մերոնք 50 մետր առաջ են, կան տեղեր, որտեղ հակառակն է:
Դիրրքերն առաջ ու հետ են, քանի որ դրանք հնարավոր չէ դնել այնպիսի տեղ, որ ապահովի անվտանգությունն ու վերահսկողությունը: Սահմանային փոփոխությունները շատ փոքր են: Այդ հարցերը պետք է լուծվեն դեմարկացիայի ժամանակ»:
«Դեպքերը բացառելու համար պետք է համապատասխան մարմինները իրազեկման աշխատանքներ տանեն քաղաքացիների հետ, ասել՝ դիրքերին պետք չէ մոտենալ: Սա բնական շփման գծի կյանքն է: Կարևորը, որ չկան միջադեպեր, որոնք բերում են զոհերի ու վիրավորների»,-հավելեց նա:
