«Ելույթից ելույթ, հայտարարությունից հայտարարություն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հետևողականորեն ամեն ինչ անում է, որպեսզի Հայաստանում անհապաղ կարգով ստեղծվի աշխարհում գոյություն չունեցող մասնագիտություն՝ քաղաքական հոգեբուժություն։
Քաղաքական հոգեբանությունը, որ որպես առանձին դիսցիպլին վաղուց գոյություն ունի, այս դեպքում անզոր է, առանց հոգեբուժական միջամտության Հայաստանն անխուսափելիորեն հայտնվելու է այնպիսի փսիխոզի մեջ, որում գտնվում և իր հրապարակային խոսքն է արտահայտում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Զրահաբաճկոնն անգամ նրան այլևս չի օգնում, որևէ ամբիոնի մոտ հայտնվելիս նրա ներքին վախերն ու կոմպլեքսներն առաջին պլան են մղվում՝ հիմքեր ստեղծելով քաղաքական փսիխոզի հորդման հերթական արարի համար։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ղեկավարությամբ Հայաստանը պատերազմում խայտառակ պարտություն է կրել, հանձնվել է Արցախի 75 տոկոսը՝ 5 հազարից ավելի զոհերով։ «Դավաճան», «կապիտուլյանտ», «հողատու» պիտակներն իրականում նրա քաղաքական ու ոչ միայն քաղաքական ուղու վրա դաջել են ոչ թե Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, Սերժ Սարգսյանը կամ որևէ այլ մեկը, այլ անձամբ ինքը՝ սեփական գործողություններով, անգործությամբ, անկարողությամբ կամ դավաճանությամբ։
Ահա, ուրեմն, սեփական ձեռքով սեփական դեմքին դաջված պիտակները Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վերահասցեագրում է մարդկանց, ովքեր, անկախ նրա իսկ մատուցած կամ հորինած պատմություններից, Արցախն ու Հայաստանն անառիկ են պահել։ Դա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ամենամեծ կոմպլեքսն է, նրանց հաջողվել է այն, ինչը տապալել է ինքը և ինչի համար արժանանում է առնվազն մտածելու ունակ մարդկանց համապատասխան վերաբերմունքին։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շատ լավ գիտի դա, քաջ գիտակցում է, որ առողջ բանականությունն անունակ է արդարացնելու իր գործողությունները, և իրականում նա իր խոսքն ուղղում է ոչ թե հասարակության այդ՝ բանականությամբ առաջնորդվող հատվածին, այլ այն շերտերին, ում համար կարևորը ոչ թե ասելիքի բովանդակությունն է, այլ հիստերիայի ու լաչառության դեցիբելը։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ավերումների իր շքերթում հաջողություն է արձանագրել ոչ միայն Արցախի կործանման ու Հայաստանի պետականության կազմաքանդման հարցում։ Նա կարողացել է նաև անդառնալիորեն իջեցնել, ընդհուպ հողին հավասարեցնել խոսքի, քաղաքական խոսքի արժեքն ու պատասխանատվությունը։ Նրա ամեն հաջորդ հայտնություն, նրա արտասանած ամեն միտք նրան ավելի է հեռացնում բանականության հարթությունից, նրա հետ քաղաքական բանավեճը դարձնում անիմաստ։
Հայաստանին օդ ու ջրի պես անհրաժեշտ է քաղաքական հոգեբուժության հիմնադրում»,-գրում է թերթը։
