ԼՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, հարգելի՛ գործընկերներ,
Ինչպես հայտարարել էինք, «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը մշակել է հանրային համաձայնության հայտարարություն՝ բացառելու համար նախընտրական քարոզարշավի ընթացքում հանրային խոսքին անհարիր դրսևորումները։
Փաստաթուղթը բաց է բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերի համար, որոնք կարող են միանալ իրենց հրապարակային հայտարարությամբ։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում առաջացած քաղաքական, հումանիտար-առողջապահական, կառավարման և բարոյական ճգնաժամերի, սոցիալ֊տնտեսական խորացող խնդիրների, արտաքին ռազմական և այլ մարտահրավերների առկայությունից,
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքական համակարգն առողջացնելու անհրաժեշտությունից,
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում հասարակության պառակտման, հակադիր բևեռների բաժանելու, ատելություն քարոզելու հակազգային և հակապետական դրսևորումների դեմ միասնական պայքարի անհրաժեշտությունից,
հասարակական-քաղաքական միջավայրում փոխադարձ վիրավորանքի, զրպարտության, սուտ մատնության, ատելության խոսքի և հանրային խոսքին ոչ հարիր այլ դրսևորումների դեմ միասնական պայքարի անհրաժեշտությունից,
օրհասական պահերին հայ ժողովորդի հավաքական գիտակցության բեղմնավոր ներուժն օգտագործելու առաջնահերթությունից

1. հանրային խոսքում, քաղաքական պայքարի շրջանակներում չօգտագործել որևէ խոսք, արտահայտություն կամ եզրույթ, որն ուղղակիորեն կամ անուղղակիորեն կխարխլի հայ ժողովրդի միասնականությունը, կվիրավորի, կզրպարտի որևէ անձի.
2. հանրային խոսքում, քաղաքական պայքարի շրջանակներում չօգտագործել որևէ խոսք, արտահայտություն կամ եզրույթ, որն ուղղակիորեն կամ անուղղակիորեն կարող է բացասականորեն ազդել հանրության բարեկրթության վրա ու խարխլել հանրային բարոյականությունը.
3. հանրային խոսքը, քաղաքական պայքարը, սեփական վարքը կազմակերպել բացառապես ազգային և պետական շահի բացառիկ գիտակցումով՝ որպես սեփական սերունդների համար ցանկալի ապագայի գրավական։
