«Պոսեյդոն» անօդաչու ստորջրյա սարքը և «Ցիրկոն» գերձայնային հրթիռը թույլ կտան Ռուսաստանին պահպանել գերտերության կարգավիճակը և ապահովել ազգային ինքնիշխանության անվտանգությունը:

Նրա կարծիքով՝ տիեզերքում դիմակայության ուժեղացումը, որի վկայությունն է ԱՄՆ-ում զինված ուժերի նոր ստորաբաժանման՝ տիեզերական ուժերի ստեղծումը, ինչպես նաև սեփական տիեզերակայան կառուցելու Չինաստանի ծրագրերը, կարող են խանգարել Ռուսաստանին պահպանել իր գերտերության կարգավիճակը, որի համար էլ այն արդիականացնում է իր «ռազմավարական կանխարգելիչ ներուժը»:

Խոսելով «Պոսեյդոն»-ի (2M39) մասին՝ փորձագետը նշում է, որ այժմ Ռուսաստանը կարող է  պատասխան միջուկային հարված հասցնել օվկիանոսի խորքից:

«Ըստ շրջանառվող տեղեկությունների՝ 2M39-ը կարող է արագորեն մոտենալ հակառակորդի ափին և այնտեղ ռադիոակտիվ ցունամի առաջացնել»,- բացատրել է նա:

Ինչ վերաբերում է «Ցիրկոն» հրթիռին, ապա Եգերը մատնանշել է դրա հսկայական արագությունը, ինչի շնորհիվ 3M22-ի շեղումն անհնար է: Նա նաև հիշեցրել է, որ Ռուսաստանը շարունակում է այն արդիականացնել հակառակորդներին «ավելի շատ ահաբեկելու համար»:

Փորձագետի պնդմամբ՝ զենքի երկու նոր տեսակները թույլ կտան Մոսկվային ապահովել իր ազդեցությունն աշխարհում և կանխել ԱՄՆ-ի և Չինաստանի միջև հնարավոր բախման մեջ ներքաշումը:
