Պատերազմում վիրավորվածներին օգնելու համար.ՌԴ-ից ժամանած Դավիթ Նազարյանի թիմը կատարեց բարդագույն վիրահատություններ

Արթմեդ բժշկական կենտրոնում մայիս ամիսը սկսվեց հատուկ առաքելությամբ: Հյուրընկալեցին Մոսկվայից հեղինակավոր դիմածնոտային և պլաստիկ վիրաբույժ Դավիթ Նազարյանի ղեկավարած պրոֆեսիոնալիների 14 հոգանոց թիմին: Modern Implant medicine-ի ղեկավար Գրիգոր Էմիլի Խաչատրյանի ու իր որդու՝ Լևոն Խաչատրյանի աջակցությամբ եկել էին Հայաստան՝ վիրահատելու պատերազմից տուժած, ծնոտների ու ատամնաշարի ռեկոնստրուկտիվ վիրահատությունների կարիք ունեցող 4 պացիենտի:

Մայիսի 1-ից 5-ը դիմածնոտային, պլաստիկ վիրաբույժներից, միկրովիրաբույժներ,ից ստոմատոլոգներից ու ինժեներ ծրագրավորողներից բաղկացած թիմը հայաստանցի կոլեգաների աջակցությամբ պատրաստեցին պացիենտներին ու կատարեցին բարդագույն և երկարատև վիրահատություններ՝ չքնելով մոտ 48 ժամ: Ընտրված 4 դեպքերն էլ մարդիկ էին, ում մոտ ծնոտը բառի բուն իմաստով նորից ձևավորել էր պետք։ Հենց այս խնդիրը լուծելու համար Արթմեդ բժշկական ու վերականգնողական կենտրոնում կատարեցին ֆիբուլոպլաստիկա՝ ծնոտների ու ատամնաշարի վերականգնում հեղինակային մեթոդով՝ ոտքի ոլոքի ոսկրանյութի հաշվին, իմպլանտների ու պրոթեզների կիրառմամբ՝ նախօրոք 3D մոդելավորելով սպասվող արդյունքը։ Բարեգործական հիմունքներով ժամանած մասնագետները իրենց հետ բերել էին ոչ միայն ժամանակակակից ու նորագույն մոտեցումներ, այլև վիրահատությունների համար անհրաժեշտ նյութատեխնիկական միջոցները։ Հայազգի ու ռուս մասնագետները ոգևորված էին, որ հայաստանցի կոլեգաները շատ մանրամասն էին պատրաստվել իրենց այցին, որպեսզի ամեն ինչ նպաստի վիրահատությունների բարեհաջող ելքին:

Ինչպես պատմում է Դավիթ Նազարյանը, ինքը դեռ պատերազմի ժամանակ դիմել է Դիմածնոտային վիրաբույժների ասոցացիայի ղեկավար Գրիգորի Խաչատրյանին՝ առաջարկելով աջակցել պատերազմից տուժած զինծառայողներին: Հայտնի մասնագետ Գրիգորի Խաչատրյանն էլ սիրով համաձայնել է աջակցել թիմի ժամանմանը, որպեսզի բարդ ռեկոնստրուկտիվ վիրահատությունների կարիք ունեցող պացիենտները ունենան լիարժեք ապաքինման հնարավորություն: Բոլոր 4 պացիենտների վիրահատությունների արդյունքներն էլ գոհացուցիչ են, չնայած Արթմեդ բժշկական կենտրոնի ու Modern Implant Medicine-ի  մասնագետների հսկողությամբ դեռ պետք է վերականգնողական բուժում անցնեն:

Հավելենք, որ բարեգործական վիրահատություններին զուգահեռ Դավիթ Նազարյանի պրոֆեսիոնալ թիմի անդամները պատրաստակամորեն կիսվեցին իրենց փորձով, դասախոսություններ կարդացին նմանատիպ բարդ դիմածնոտային ռեկոնստրուկտիվ վիրահատությունների իրականացման նրբությունների ու մեթոդների շուրջ, որպեսզի իրենց փորձը հետագայում էլ կիրառվի Հայաստանում։

Ավելին անցկացրին հատուկ մաստեր կլաս միկրոանոթներ կարելու նորագույն մեթոդի մասին իրենց գիտելիքները փոխանցելով հայ գործընկերներին։ Մաստեր կլասի համար հատուկ Հայաստան էին բերել գերժամանանակից տեխնոսկոպ, որի ապահոված տեսանելիության ներքո միկրոկարերի իրականացման տեխնիկան ցուցադրելու համար օգտագործեցին առնետների պոչի երակները։

Արդյունավետ ու գերծանրաբեռնված 5 օրերի իրենց կատարած աշխատանքը ավարտեցին՝ հատուկ շնորհակալագրեր ստանալով ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից:
