«Ժողովուրդ». Նախկինների վերադարձից սարսափած իշխանությունները նախկինների կադրերին նոր պաշտոններ են տալիս

«Նախկին իշխանությունների կամ նրանց հետ փոխկապակցված անձանց վերադարձից սարսափած և մշտապես նախկինների վերադարձով ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին վախեցնող իշխանությունները շարունակում են իրենց կադրային բանկը համալրել նույն նախկիններրի կադրերով:
Երեկ ՀՀ հաշվեքննիչ պալատի անդամ դարձավ մի անձ, որը հենց սերտ կապ ունի նախկինների հետ: Խոսքը Գեղամ Հովեյանի մասին է, ում թեկնածությունն առաջարկել էր ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունը, և ով 95 կողմ, դեմ 2 ձայներով ընտրվեց այդ պաշտոնում: Եվ ուշագրավ է, որ ԱԺ ամբիոնից փորձ արվեց թաքցնել այդ հանգամանքը: Բանն այն է, որ Գեղամ Հովեյանի կենսագրությունը ներկայացրեց «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության անդամ Կարեն Գրիգորյանը։
Վերջինս ասաց, թե երբ, որտեղ է ծնվել Հովեյանը, որտեղ է սովորել, աշխատել, սակայն ներկայացնելիս բաց թողեց այն հանգամանքը, որ Հովեյանը 2017թ. խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ ՀՀԿ պատգամավորների թեկնածուների համամասնական ցուցակով է առաջադրված եղել (149 համար)։ Գեղամ Հովեյանը, բացի համամասնական ցուցակից, Գեղարքունիքի մարզն ընդգրկող թիվ 8 ընտրատարածքում ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգով է առաջադրված եղել։ Այդ ժամանակ նա զբաղեցնում էր ՀՀ վերահսկիչ պալատի համայնքների վերահսկողության վարչության պետի պաշտոնը։ Բացի այդ, նա Վարդենիկի գյուղապետ Հովհաննես Հովեյանի եղբայրն է:
Այսինքն՝ մի կողմից իշխանությունները խոսում են նախկինների վերադարձը թույլ չտալու մասին, մյուս կողմից՝ ՀՀԿ թեկնածուներին պաշտոնի են նշանակում, սակայն համարձակություն չունեն բարձրաձայնելու այդ հանգամանքը և ԱԺ ամբիոնից թաքցնում են այդ փաստը»,-գրում է թերթը։
