Հողը ապրելով են պահում․ Շատ կարևոր նախաձեռնություն Սյունիքում

Արցախյան վերջին ատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանակից Սյունիքն ու սյունեցին միայնակ են մնացել թշնամու դեմ, որն ամեն օր ոտնձգում է Հայաստանի սահմանների դեմ, փորձում քարոզչական եւ հոգեբանական գրոհներով ահաբեկել բնակիչներին, իսկ Հայաստանի գոծող իշխանությունները, կարծես, միայնակ են թողել մի ողջ մարզի։ Ու այս պայմաններում առավել կարեւոր են Սյունիքի մարզում իրականացվող սոցիալական ծրագրերը։
«Հողը ապրելով են պահում», այս սկզբուքնով են ապրում եւ արարում այն մարդիկ, որոնք փորձում են իրենց փոքրիկ լուման ներդնել, թեթեւացնել պատերազմի հետեւանքով իրենց տունը կորցրած մարդկանց հոգսերը։ Սյունիքի մարզի Մեղրու շրջանի Նռնաձոր գյուղը երկրի ամենահարավային գյուղն է՝ Իրանի հետ սահմանակից, եւ այստեղ են տեղափոխվելու Քաշաթաղից տեղահանված բնակիչները, որոնք կորցրել են իրենց տունն ու ունեցվածքը։ Երևանից 435 կմ հեռավորության վրա գտնվող գյուղում հիմնականում զբաղվում են այգեգործությամբ և Քաշաթաղից տեղահանված ընտանիքները ցանկություն են հայտնել հենց այս գյուղում բնակվելու: Նռնաձորում երեկ 30 տան հիմնարկեքի արարողություն է կայացել, որին մասնակցել են մարզի բոլոր համայնքապետերը ։ Արարողությանը որպես պատվավոր հյուր մասնակցել է նաև Արցախի ԱԻԾՊ նախկին փոխնախարար Բորիս Ավագյանը, որը պատերազմից հետո ակտիվ մասնակցություն է ունենում գերիների վերադարձի հարցում:
30 ընտանիքներ կկարողանան ապրել իրենց նոր տներում, արարել, ամուր կառչել իրենց հողից, ամրացնել երկիրը։ Իսկ երկիրը հենց այսպես են պահում՝ հողը սիրելով, մշակելով, տուն ու աշխատատեղ ստեղծելով, բնակչությանը թիվն ավելացնելով։ Այսպես են ուղղում երկրի ողնաշարը։
Իհարկե, սա չափազանց քիչ է, հատկապես, որ անհատ բարերարները, կամ մի մարզի համայնքապետերն են անում կարեւորագույն այս աշխատանքը, իսկ պետությունը երես է թեքել իր քաղաքացուց, նրան թողնելով վախի ու ծանր մտածմունքների մեջ։ Սակայն փոքր քայլերով է հնարավոր վերականգնել երկիրը, եւ հարգանքի արժանի է յուրաքանչյուրը, որն իր լուման է ներդնում նման նախաձեռնություններում։
