POLITICSՅուրաքանչյուրն իր ձևով է իմաստավորում նշանակալից օրերը: Ինձ համար Մայիսի 9-ը առաջին հերթին Ցեղասպանությունից հետո մեր ազգի առաջին հաղթանակի օրն է։ 30 տարի անց մենք վերքերը բուժելով, մկաններն զարգացնելով, դարձանք այն ուժի մի մասը, որը վերջ դրեց բացարձակ չարիքին։ Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի մասնակից 600 հազար հայեր կիսել են ընդհանուր հաղթանակի ուրախությունը և ապացուցել, որ մեր ազգը վաստակել է ապագայի իրավունքը։ Այս մասին Սուրբ Աթոռում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանը գրում է Տելեգրամ ալիքում:
1992 թվականի մայիսի 9-ը բոլորովին այլ կարգի տոն է։ Եթե 1945-ին մենք հաղթեցինք՝ լինելով հսկայական մի ամբողջության մի մասը, ապա 1992-ին մենք հաղթեցինք մենակ՝ ի հեճուկս բոլորի։ 1992 - ին մենք վերականգնեցինք պատմական արդարությունը, որը բռնել էր ողջ 20-րդ դարը՝ մեր վրայից մաքրելով զոհի խարանը։ Առաջին անգամ շատ երկար ժամանակվա ընթացքում մենք վերականգնեցինք մեր իրավունքները՝ վերականգնելով վերահսկողությունը Շուշիի նկատմամբ և հնարավորություն տալով հայերին ապրել ու արարել Արցախում։
Մենք Շուշին ազատագրեցինք մեր ուժերով, առանց որևէ մեկի օգնության։ Եվ Շուշին կորցրինք ինքներս՝ նույնպես առանց ինչ-որ մեկի օգնության։ Հաղթանակի խորհրդանիշը վերածվեց դավաճանության խորհրդանիշի։
Շուշիի անկումը նիկոլիզմի բուն հիմքն է։ Անգրագիտության, վրեժխնդրության, հանցավոր անփութության եւ դավաճանության մեծարումը՝ խառնված հեքիաթային հետ։
Ես երեկ հայտարարել եմ Հականիկոլ շարժման մեկնարկի մասին՝ մեզնից գողացված Հաղթանակի տոնի նախաշեմին։ Մեր գործողությունների մասին դուք կիմանաք վաղը:
Իսկ այսօր ուզում եմ ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել՝ Հակինիկոլ շարժումը իշխանության համար պայքար չէ։ Ինձ, եւ կասկածում եմ, որ իր կողմնակիցների մեծ մասին նույնպես իշխանությունը չի հետաքրքրում։ Դրա նպատակն է՝ անել առաջին քայլերն ազգի արժանապատվության և պատվի վերածննդի ճանապարհին։ Դրա նպատակը պատմական արդարության եւ ազգային արժեքների վերականգնումն է։ Այն, ինչից մեզ 3 տարի մեթոդաբար զրկում էին։
