Ո՞ւմ և ի՞նչ չափով է վճարվում մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստը

Մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստը տրամադրվում է յուրաքանչյուր  ամիս՝ 26,500 դրամի չափով՝ մինչև երեխայի երկու տարեկան դառնալը։

Աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական ապահովության նախարարությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ նպաստը վճարվում է այն ծնողներին, որոնք հանդիսանում են վարձու աշխատողներ և գտնվում են մինչև երեք տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի արձակուրդում։ 

Վարձու աշխատող հանդիսացող ծնողին խնամքի նպաստ նշանակվում է՝

–  խնամքի արձակուրդը սկսելու ամսվան հաջորդող ամսվա 1-ից, եթե դիմումը և անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերը ներկայացվել են խնամքի արձակուրդը սկսելու ամսվան հաջորդող տասներկու ամսվա ընթացքում,

– դիմելու ամսվան հաջորդող ամսվա 1-ից, եթե դիմումը և անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերը ներկայացվել են խնամքի արձակուրդը սկսելու ամսվանից տասներկու ամիս հետո:

Մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստը նշանակվում է նաև գյուղական բնակավայրի հասցեով հաշվառված և փաստացի բնակվող ծնողին (եթե երեխան ծնվել է 2020թ․ հուլիսի 1-ին կամ հետո), որը երեխայի ծննդյան կամ խնամքի նպաստի համար դիմելու օրվա դրությամբ՝ առնվազն մեկ տարի անընդմեջ հաշվառված է գյուղական բնակավայրի հասցեով:

Գյուղաբնակ ծնողին ևս խնամքի նպաստը վճարվում է 26,500 դրամի չափով՝ մինչև երեխայի երկու տարեկան դառնալը։ Եթե գյուղական բնակավայրում ապրող ծնողը միաժամանակ վարձու աշխատող է, ապա վճարվում է 53,000 դրամ խնամքի նպաստ։

Եթե ծնողի` գյուղական բնակավայրի հասցեով հաշվառվելու մեկ տարին լրանում է մինչև երեխայի ծնվելու օրը, և երեխայի խնամքի նպաստի նշանակման համար նա դիմել է երեխայի 70 օրականը լրանալու ամսվան հաջորդող տասներկու ամսվա ընթացքում, ապա խնամքի նպաստը նշանակվում է երեխայի 70 օրականը լրանալու ամսվան հաջորդող ամսվա 1-ից։

Եթե ծնողի` գյուղական բնակավայրի հասցեով հաշվառվելու մեկ տարին լրանում է երեխայի ծնվելու օրվանից հետո, և եթե երեխայի խնամքի նպաստի նշանակման համար նա դիմել է հաշվառվելու մեկ տարին լրանալու ամսվան հաջորդող տասներկու ամսվա ընթացքում, ապա խնամքի նպաստը նշանակվում է գյուղական բնակավայրի հասցեով հաշվառվելու մեկ տարին լրանալու ամսվան հաջորդող ամսվա 1-ից։

Մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստը նշանակվում է դիմելու ամսվան հաջորդող ամսվա 1-ից, եթե դիմումը և անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերը ներկայացվել են վերոնշյալ տասներկուամսյա ժամկետը լրանալուց հետո։

Մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստի նշանակման համար ծնողը կարող է դիմել առցանց՝ online.ssa.am կայքում կամ Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության տարածքային բաժնում՝ ներկայացնելով (այդ թվում՝ այլ անձի միջոցով) իր անձնագիրը, ՀԾՀ-ն, ինչպես նաև երեխայի ծննդյան վկայականն ու ՀԾՀ-ն։
