Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Սյունիքում ստեղծված իրավիճակի և դրա վերաբերյալ լրատվական հոսքերի հետ կապված ԱԱԾ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել, նշելով, որ «ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ն խստորեն զգուշացնում է զերծ մնալ ապատեղեկատվություն տարածելու, ազգաբնակչության շրջանում խուճապ առաջացնելու և անհարկի լարվածություններ հրահրելու գործելաոճից ու տեղեկացնում, որ նմանատիպ երևույթներն ունենալու են համապատասխան իրավական հետևանքներ՝ ամենախիստ գործիքակազմերի կիրառմամբ»:

Ապատեղեկատվության չտարածման, տեղեկատվական անվտանգության սպառնալիքների կանխման կամ չեզոքացման համար նախևառաջ անհրաժեշտ է համապատասխան մարմինների օպերատիվ, գրագետ աշխատանքի իրականացում:

Տեղեկատվական վակումը, պաշտոնական տեղեկատվության նկատմամբ վստահության ցածր մակարդակը, տեղեկատվական հոսքերի ոչ գրագետ ապահովումը կամ կառավարումը, պետական տարբեր մարմիններից եկող հակասական տեղեկատվությունն ինքնին հանգեցնում է անվերահսկելի տեղեկատվական ռիսկերի:

Այնպես որ, որպես շահագրգիռ կառույց ԱԱԾ-ի մտահոգություններն ու անհանգստությունն ընկալելի են, սակայն իրավիճակի կարգավորման լուծումներն այլ տեղում է:

Հարցի լուծման համար անհրաժեշտ է առաջին հերթին ճիշտ ախտորոշել իրավիճակը, որովհետև առանց դրա անհնար է հասնել անվտանգային վերոնշյալ խնդիրների լուծմանը:

Երկրորդ, պետք է օգտվել արդյունավետ գործիքակազմից, ընտրել ճիշտ թիրախներ և այս ամենը շահագրգիռ կառույցների, ԶԼՄ-ների, ոլորտային փորձագետների արդյունավետ, կազմակերպված աշխատանքի, այլ ոչ թե սպառնալիքների ներքո:

Ցավոք, նշածս որևէ գործոն, նախադրյալ ներկայումս գոյություն չունի, ըստ այդմ՝ արագ լուծումներ որևէ ձևով տեսանելի չեն:
