Երբ ընդդիմությունը ստիպված է պայքարել երկու ճակատով

Հայաստանն ունիկալ պետություն է․ միակ երկիրն է աշխարհում, որտեղ ընդդիմությունը ոչ միայն ստիպված է պայքարել իշխանության դեմ, այլև իր վրա վերցնել երկրի անվտանգության և այլ կարևորագույն հարցեր։ Հարցեր, որոնք իր իրավասության շրջանակներում չեն գտնվում։
Սյունիքում երեկ տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունները հերթական անգամ փաստեցին, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը չունի իշխանություն։ Կան իշխանության ֆորմալ մարմիններ, անձինք, ովքեր նշանակված են տարբեր պաշտոններում, սակայն այդ անձինք բացարձակապես չեն կարողանում զբաղվել ՀՀ խնդիրներով, չեն ցանկանում նեղացնել իրենց «քարդաշ» Ալիևին, և սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի բնակիչներին թողել են թշնամու հետ դեմ-հանդիման։
Ազգային ժողովի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավորները, կառավարության անդամներն ու այլ պաշտոնյաներ սոցցանցերում վիրավորանքներ էին հնչեցնում, «խրոխտ» կոչեր անում, իսկ մի խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ էլ հոխորտում էր՝ մի փոքրիկ բարձունք է, ի՞նչ երեք կիլոմետր։ Արդեն կեսգիշերին մոտ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ գումարեց, վախվորած խոստովանեց, որ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը հատել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանը և խորացել մինչև 3,5 կիլոմետր, ըստ էության, փորձ են անում պարփակել Սև լիճը:
Փոխարենը, երեկ ողջ օրը, Սյունիքի համայնքապետերն էին բանակցում թշնամու ստորաբաժանումների հետ՝ կանխելու նրանց հետագա առաջխաղացումը։
Առնվազն 3 և ավելի կիլոմետր Հայաստանի տարածքում խորացած, մինչև ատամները զինված հրոսակների հետ բանակցում էին ընդդիմադիր «Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության անդամները։ Գորիսի քաղաքապետ Առուշ Առուշանյանն է մասնակցել բանակցություններին, ադրբեջանցիներին հորդորել հետ քաշվել։
Ողբերգություն է ապրել մի երկրում, որտեղ սահմանների անվտանգության հարցերը լուծում են ոչ թե պաշտպանական և ազգային անվտանգությունն ապահովելու պարտականություն ունեցող գերատեսչությունները, այլ ընդդիմադիր կուսակցության շարքային անդամները։
Ողբերգություն է ապրել անիշխանության, պետական պաշտոնյաների բացարձակ անպատասխանատվության պայմաններում։ Միգուցե, խորհրդարանի արտահերթ ընտրություններում, ի վերջո, մեր ժողովուրդը կամք դրսևորի և հեռացնի Հայաստանն անդունդ գլորող քաղաքական ուժին։
