Իշխանությունների կրավորական պահվածքի պատճառով թշնամին արդեն բացահայտ կերպով (մոտ 4կմ խորությամբ) ներխուժել է ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածք։
Իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները մայիսի 12-ի գրեթե ողջ օրվա ընթացքում փորձում էին թաքցնել իրականությունը՝ շարունակելով պատերազմի ընդունած կործանարար տեղեկատվական քաղաքականությունը։
Այս պայմաններում ինչպես վստահենք իշխանությանը:
Ասում են ադրբեջանցիները մոլորվել են, ոչ մի կրակոց կամ բախում չի եղել, ու շատ բնական հարցեր են ծագում,
1.Ինչու զինված ուժերը չեն կանխել ադրբեջանցիների մուտքը ՀՀ տարածք.
2.Ինչու Զինված ուժերը չեն բախվել սահմանախախտ ադրբեջանցիների հետ և գերեվարել նրանց.
3.Ինչու է այդ տեղեկատվությունը թաքցվում ժողովրդից և ինչու չեն հեռացվում ստող պաշտոնյաները:
Հ.Գ. Դեռևս հունվարից ՀՀ վարչական դատարանում ՊՆի և ԶՈՒ Գլխավոր շտաբի դեմ ներկայացված հայցի շրջանակներում, վերջնականորեն չի լուծվել հայցի ապահովման հարցը: Մենք ՀՀ դատարանից խնդրել էինք պարտավորեցնել Զինված ուժերին իրենց դիրքերը չլքել: Դատարանի որոշման պարագայում Զինված ուժերը վերադասի դավադիր հրամանները չէին կատարի, եթե դրանք դիրքերը լքելուն կամ բախումից խուսափելուն վերաբերվեր: Բայց փաստորեն մեր որոշ դատավորներ արդեն 5 ամիս է դիվանագիտության ճանապարհն են ընտրել, իսկ ՊՆ ղեկավարությունն էլ Հայաստանի տարածքում բախումներից է խուսափում:
