ԵՊՀ ուսանողների հետ տարվող աշխատանքների կենտրոնի տնօրեն Վահագն Վարագյանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում անդրադարձավ Սյունիքում տիրող իրավիճակին և Սիսիանում թունավորման դեպքերին և նշեց՝ գուցե հետագայում նորից արձանագրվեն բնակիչների թունավորման դեպքեր:

«Սև լիճը սնում է շուրջ 8-9 գյուղ և հիմնականում այնտեղ զբաղվում են անասնապահությամբ, գյուղատնտեսությամբ, իսկ երբ լիճը վերջնական անցնի ադրբեջանական կողմի վերահսկողության տակ, մենք կարող ենք անվտանգային լուրջ խնդիրներ ունենալ և փաստացի այդ գյուղերը կդրվեն հարվածի տակ և կվտանգվի այնտեղ ցանկացած գործունեություն»,- ասաց Վահագն Վարագյանը:

Նա նաև նշեց, որ վերջին ժամանակահատվածում պարզ դարձավ, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը չունի պետական սահման և առաջնագիծ:

«Ամբողջ Սյունիքի և Գեղարքունիքի առաջնագծի հատվածները թշնամին կարողանում է անարգել՝ տարբեր գործողություններ կատարելով: Ընդհանրապես՝ Սյունիքի, Վայոց Ձորի ջրային ռեսուրսները վտանգված են, որը ՀՀ բնակչության համար ազգային անվտանգության հարց է»,- նշեց Վարագյանը:

Նա նաև անդրադարձավ երեկվա ՀՀ Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստին, որին ներկա է եղել նաև առողջապահության նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը, որը Անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամ չէ:

«Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստին ներկա էր ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը, ով անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամ չէ, և այս բոլոր ռիսկերը, որ այդ ջրերը կարող են թունավորել, հատկապես Սիսիանի վերջին դեպքերից հետո, փաստացի ապացույց են հանդիսանում և կասկածներ առաջացնում, իսկ պետությունը և իշխանությունները այդ ժամանակ անգործության են մատնված»,- ընդգծեց նա:

Վարագյանը նաև հավելեց, որ ադրբեջանցիներն ինչպես հասել են Սև լիճ, այդպես էլ կարող են հասնել Սպանդարյանի ջրամբարին (Սյունիքի մարզում է գտնվում), և դա տեղի կունենա ՀՀ իշխանությունների անգործության հետևանքով։

«Այս պահի դրությամբ մենք չենք կարող ասել, թե դիվերսիոն խմբեր արդյո՞ք ներթափանցել են Սյունիք և այդ ջրերը ինչի՞ց են թունավորվել: Առողջապահության նախարարի մասնակցությունը երեկվա նիստին խիստ կասկածներ է առաջացնում, որ այդ ջրերը հնարավոր է՝ թունավորված լինեն թշնամու կողմից»,- ասաց Վահագն Վարագյանը:

Նա նաև նշեց՝ ՀՀ բնակիչների անվտանգությունը հնարավոր է ապահովել միմիայն առաջնագծի առկայության պարագայում, որտեղ կլինի տեղակայված բանակը:
