Վանաձորի քաղաքապետը՝ տեսադաշտում. Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի բացահայտումները. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Իշխանությունների համար անցանկալի համայնքներից մեկի՝ Վանաձորի քաղաքապետարանը հայտնվել է ՀՀ հաշվեքննիչ պալատի տեսադաշտում: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ պալատն ուսումնասիրել է հիմնականում քաղաքապետարանի՝ 2019թ. ֆինանսական գործունեությունը: Հիշեցնենք, որ քաղաքապետ Մամիկոն Ասլանյանը համարվում է իշխանությունների համար ոչ վստահելի համայնքապետ, եւ ՀՊ-ն պարզել է, որ ղազախներն ու ռուսները դեռեւս 2019թ. գույքահարկի գծով պարտքեր են կուտակել Վանաձորի քաղաքապետարանի նկատմամբ եւ մինչ օրս չեն մարել:
Այսպես, ըստ Պալատի՝ համայնքի բնակիչներին պատկանող փոխադրամիջոցների գույքահարկի 2019թ. բազայում առկա են օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների սեփականություն հանդիսացող 7499 ավտոմեքենա, որոնք գոյացել են, երբ ԵԱՏՄ երկրների, հիմնականում՝ Ղազախստանի քաղաքացիները, ժամանակավոր գրանցում ստանալով համայնքում, օտարերկրացու անունով որպես սեփականություն գրանցել են մեքենաները եւ իրենց հետ իրենց երկիր տարել: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ այս ավտոմեքենաների տարեկան գույքահարկի գումարը կազմում է շուրջ 124 մլն դրամ, իսկ համայնքի բյուջեի պարտքը 2019թ. վերջի դրությամբ կազմել է շուրջ 152 մլն դրամ:
Ըստ Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի՝ հարկատուները քաղաքապետարանի կողմից կարող են համարվել ռիսկային, իսկ համայնքի բյուջեի նկատմամբ պարտքը` անհուսալի: Ի դեպ, տեղեկացնենք, որ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը դեռեւս 2019 թվականին գրել էր, որ ղազախներն ու ռուսները գալիս գրանցվում են մեր հայ բնակիչների հասցեներով, մեքենա ներկրում ու վաճառում»:
