Վերիշեն և Ակներ գյուղերի բնակիչները ՄԻՊ-ին են ներկայացրել ՀՀ սահմանամերձ համայնքների ցանկում ընդգրկվելու հարցը
SOCIETYՄարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանն աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչների հետ Գորիս համայնքի ղեկավար Առուշ Առուշանյանի ուղեկցությամբ հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Վերիշեն և Ակներ գյուղերի բնակիչների հետ: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՄԻՊ գրասենյակը:
Արման Թաթոյանը գյուղերի բնակիչներին ներկայացրել է Սև լճի ու դրան հարակից տարածք իր փաստահավաք աշխատանքների արդյունքները. ադրբեջանական զինված անձինք մայիսի 12-ին անօրինական առաջխաղացում են ունեցել դեպի ՀՀ սահմաններից ներս, մասնավորապես՝ Սև լճի տարածք` քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերի ուղղությամբ` վկայակոչելով ինչ-որ բացահայտ կեղծ քարտեզ: Պաշտպանը շեշտել է, որ ադրբեջանական զինվորականների այդ արարքը բացարձակ զուրկ է որևէ իրավական հիմքից:
Գյուղերի բնակիչները Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հետ հանդիպմանը ահազանգել են, որ Սև լճի տարածքում ու դրանից ներս` դեպի իրենց բնակավայրերը ադրբեջանական զինվորականների ներկայությունը կոպտորեն խախտում է իրենց կենսական իրավունքները, վտանգում են իրենց անվտանգությունն ու խաղաղ կյանքը:
Մասնավորապես, բնակիչները նաև նշել են, որ նրանք չեն կարողանում այլևս օգտվել արոտավայրերից, զբաղվել անասնապահությամբ, որ իրենց ընտանիքների եկամտի աղբյուրն է, խոշոր ու մանր եղջերավոր կենդանիներին չեն կարողանում պահել մակատեղիներում, ջուր խմեցնել կամ արածեցնել, չեն կարող հանգիստ լինել ոռոգման ու ջրային պաշարների իրենց հասանելիության համար: Ադրբեջանական զինվորականների ներկայությունը վտանգում է իրենց կյանքն ու անվտանգությունը, խաթարել է հոգեկան անդորրը:
Բնակիչները նշել են, որ Վերիշեն և Ակներ բնակավայրերը պետք է ընդգրկվեն ՀՀ սահմանամերձ համայնքների ցանկում, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա օգտվել սոցիալ-տնտեսական արտոնություններից:
Հիմնավորումների թվում է նաև այն, որ անասնապահությունը բնակիչների հիմնական եկամտի և ապրուստի աղբյուրն է, իսկ գյուղերի արոտավայրերը գտնվում են Սև լճի և դրան հարակից տարածքում:
Գյուղերի բնակիչների բարձրացրած այս և մյուս հարցերը Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը կամփոփի, որի հիման վրա կձեռնարկվեն նրանց իրավունքների, այդ թվում՝ անվտանգությանը և կենսական կարիքների ապահովմանն ուղղված քայլեր:
