INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանի Դաշնության Դաշնային ժողովի Դաշնային խորհրդի պաշտպանության և անվտանգության կոմիտեի նախագահ Վիկտոր Բոնդարևը հույս ունի, որ Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) բանակցային ներուժը արդյունավետ կօգտագործվի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության իրավիճակի հետ կապված: Այս մասին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Դաշնային ժողովի Դաշնային խորհրդի պաշտպանության և անվտանգության կոմիտեի նախագահը հայտնել է ՏԱՍՍ-ին։
«Ընդգծեմ, որ Ռուսաստանը բազմիցս հայտարարել է (և գործով ապացուցել է իր խոսքը), որ մեր խնդիրը հենց խաղաղ ճանապարհով մեր հարեւանների միջեւ հակամարտության լուծումն է։ Խաղաղ երկխոսությանը նպաստելու համար միշտ փորձել ենք ներգրավել նաեւ միջազգային կազմակերպություններին, ինչպիսիք են ՀԱՊԿ-ն։ Հուսով եմ, որ այդ կազմակերպության բանակցային ներուժը ներկա իրավիճակում արդյունավետ կօգտագործվի», - նշել է Բոնդարևը։
Նա համոզված է, որ Ռուսաստանի խաղաղապահ միջնորդությունը կխոչընդոտի հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության սրմանը։
Վիկտոր Բոնդարևի խոսքով ՝ Սյունիքի մարզում իրավիճակը բացատրվում է նրանով, որ երկու պետությունների հարաբերությունները, որոնք դեռ բոլորովին վերջերս են պատերազմել, այնքան էլ կարգավորված չեն:
«Գլխավորն այն է, որ նման միջադեպերը (սահմանի խախտումը) չկրկնվեն, շարունակություն չունենան, հնարավորինս սեղմ ժամկետներում կարգավորվեն խաղաղ ճանապարհով (զորքերի արագ հեռացմամբ), որպեսզի հրադադարի ռեժիմն անշեղորեն պահպանվի։ Նման սադրանքները պետք է կանխել։ Եվ դա արդեն ոչ թե ռազմաքաղաքական, այլ զուտ քաղաքական հարց է», - ընդգծել է Բոնդարևը։
