Արմեն Պետրոսյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ամերիկայի դաշնային պահուստային համակարգի ղեկավարությունը դեկտեմբերի 16-ին`2008 թ. ի վեր, որոշում է կայացրել՝ վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքը բարձրացնել 0,25–0,5%-ի (մեծ հավանականությամբ այս միտումը կպահպանվի ողջ 2016 թ. համար):

Իսկ սա ի՞նչ է նշանակում, որ համաշխարհային ֆինանսական համակարգում դոլարը կարժևորվի այլ արժույթների նկատմամբ՝ այդ թվում նաև` հայկական դրամի, նավթի գները նոր նվազում կարձանագրեն, ինչը բացասաբար կանդրադառնա նաև Ադրբեջանի ու Ռուսաստանի տնտեսությունների վրա, ռուսական ռուբլին էլ ավելի կարժեզրկվի, առավել կնվազեն հայկական արտահանումները դեպի Ռուսաստան, ավելի կկրճատվեն Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան ուղարկվող դրամական փոխանցումները…Մի խոսքով՝ արտաքին ազդակների հնարավոր ազդեցությունը Հայաստանի տնտեսության վրա արդեն եկող՝ 2016 թ. համար այնքան էլ դրական միտումներ չեն խոստանում…
Մյուս կարևոր որոշումը ԱՄՆ-ից, որը դեռ նախապատրաստման փուլում է, կապված է Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի կողմից արդեն այսօր քննարկվելիք 2016 թ. բյուջեի նախագծի հետ, որը պարունակում է նաև շուրջ 40 տարի շարունակվող նավթի արտահանման արգելքը չեղարկելու մասին բաղադրիչն: Իսկ վերջինն էլ իր հերթին նշանակում է, որ եթե Սենատը ևս հաստատի, իսկ նախագահ Բարաք Օբաման վավերացնի այս որոշումը (կա հավանականությունը նաև, որ Օբաման վետո կկիրառի, քանի որ դեմոկրտաները դեմ են նախագծին), ապա արդեն եկող տարեսկզբին Իրանի հետ միասին ԱՄՆ-ը ևս մուտք կգործի նավթի վաճառքի համաշխարհային շուկա, ինչն, առկա միտումների շարունակականության պայմաններում կհանգեցնի նավթի գների նվազման նոր ալիքի՝ իր բոլոր արդյունքներով ու հետևանքներով…
