Մայիսի 12-ին և 13-ին ադրբեջանցի զինվորականները հայ հովիվներին զենքի ցուցադրումով պահանջել են լքել տարածքը. ՀՀ ՄԻՊ
BLOGՄի քանի հովիվներ Պաշտպանին տեղեկացրել են, որ մայիսի 12-ին և 13-ին կենդանիներին արածացնելու ժամանակ նկատել են ադրբեջանական զինվորականների, որոնք զենքի ցուցադրումով հանցավոր սպառնալիքով պահանջել են անմիջապես լքել արոտավայրերի տարածքները: Այս մասին ասվում է ՀՀ ՄԻՊ հայտարարությունում:
«Մարդու իրավունքների փաստահավաք աշխատանքների արդյունքները Վերին Շորժայում և հարակից սարատեղիներում
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանի գլխավորած աշխատանքային խումբը Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Գնել Սանոսյանի, Վարդենիս համայնքի ղեկավար Արամ Մելքոնյանի ուղեկցությամբ այցելել է Վերին Շորժա գյուղ, գյուղին հարակից արոտավայրեր (սարատեղի), որտեղ ադրբեջանական զինվորականներն բացահայտ կեղծ քարտեզների վկայակոչմամբ անօրինական առաջ են եկել դեպի Հայաստանի տարածքից ներս` քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերի ուղղությամբ:
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը քննարկում է ունեցել տարածքում անասնապահությամբ զբաղվող մարդկանց հետ: Մի քանի հովիվներ Պաշտպանին տեղեկացրել են, որ մայիսի 12-ին և 13-ին կենդանիներին արածացնելու ժամանակ նկատել են ադրբեջանական զինվորականների, որոնք զենքի ցուցադրումով հանցավոր սպառնալիքով պահանջել են անմիջապես լքել արոտավայրերի տարածքները:
Փաստահավաք աշխատանքների ընթացքում Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն արձանագրել է, որ մարդիկ այս պահին փաստացի չեն կարողանում օգտագործել արոտավայրերը` այդ տարածքներում ադրբեջանական զինվորականների անմիջական ներկայության պատճառով: Հնարավոր չէ օգտագործել նաև այն արոտավայրերը, որոնք ադրբեջանական զինվորականների ուղիղ նշանառության տակ են: Արոտավայրերը ՀՀ իրավասու մարմինների օրինական թույլտվությամբ հատկացված են մարդկանց:
Մարդիկ տեղում ահազանգեր են ներկայացրել այն մասին, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողների ներկայությունն իրենց արոտավայրերի հարևանությամբ վտանգում է իրենց կյանքն ու անվտանգությունը, խաթարել է հոգեկան անդորրը: Նրանց մի մասը չի կարողանում օգտվել արոտավայրերից, զբաղվել անասնապահությամբ, որ իրենց ընտանիքների եկամտի աղբյուրն է, խոշոր ու մանր եղջերավոր կենդանիներին չեն կարողանում պահել սարատեղիների անասնագոմերում, ջուր խմեցնել կամ արածեցնել, վտանգված է ոռոգման նպատակով ջրային պաշարների հասանելիությունը:
Փաստահավաք աշխատանքներին ներկա էր նաև ՀՀ ջրային կոմիտեի նախագահը, ով հավաստեց, որ օրը 2 անգամ նմուշառում է արվում ու այս պահի դրությամբ ջրի բաղադրության խնդիր չի արձանագրվել:
Փաստահավաք աշխատանքի արդյունքները կամփոփվեն և կուղարկվեն միջազգային կազմակերպություններին:
Այցի ընթացքում համագործակցության կարևոր հարցեր են քննարկվել Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետի, Վարդենիս համայնքի ղեկավարի, ինչպես նաև Ջրային կոմիտեի ղեկավարի հետ` կապված ՀՀ սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքների պաշտպանության հետ»:
