Կառավարությունից չպատասխանեցին, թե ինչու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատերազմից հետո որևէ այցով չի եղել Արցախում
ANALYSISTert.am-ը մայիսի 12-ին հարցում էր ուղարկել կառավարությանը՝ հասցեգրված Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին առ այն, թե ինչու նոյեմբերի 9-ից՝ պատերազմի ավարտի հետո նա որևէ այցով չի եղել Արցախում: Եղել էր նաև հարց առ այն, որ եթե նախատեսվում է առաջիկայում նման բան, ապա երբ և ինչ ձևաչափով է լինելու։
Հարցման պատասխանը կառավարությունից Tert.am-ը ստացել է մայիսի 14-ին, որով պետական կառույցը փաստացի ոչ լրիվ տեղեկատվություն տալով՝ խախտել է լրատվամիջոցի տեղեկատություն ստանալու իրավունքը։ Պատասխանը բառացի հետևյալն էր․ «Ի պատասխան Ձեր հարցմանը՝ հայտնում ենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի բոլոր այցերի վերաբերյալ տրվում է պատշաճ տեղեկատվություն»։
Tert.am-ը պատասխան նամակով ներկայացրել է իր մոտեցումը, որ տրված պատասխանը ոչ լրիվ էր, մասնավորապես պատասխան չէր ստացել հետևյալ հարցը․
«Ինչու՞ այս վեց ամիսների ընթացքում Դուք (նկատի է առնվում վարչապետը-Tert.am) չեք եղել այնտեղ (նկատի է առնվում Արցախը-Tert.am)։ Կա՞ն քաղաքական կամ այլ տեսակի դրդապատճառներ դրա համար»։
Պատասխան նամակում ներկայացվել էր նաև ՏԱ օրենքի 6․2 հոդվածը, որը վերաբերում է տեղեկատվության տնօրինողի կողմից ոչ լրիվ տեղեկատվության տրամադրմանը․
«Ոչ հավաստի կամ ոչ լրիվ տվյալներ պարունակող տեղեկություն տրամադրած տեղեկություն տնօրինողը պարտավոր է սույն օրենքով սահմանված կարգով անվճար տրամադրել ճշգրտված տվյալներով տեղեկություն»։
Նամակում նաև հայտնվել է ակնկալիք, որ կլինի հարցման լրիվ և պատշաճ պատասխանը։ Դրան էլ պատասխանը չի ուշացել, կառավարությունից րոպեներ հետո ստացվել է պատասխանը. «Տրված պատասխանին ավելացնելու ոչինչ չունենք»: Այսպես խախտվել է նաև ՏԱ օրենքը։
