Կութ գյուղն ու դպրոցը հայտնվել են ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների նշանառության տակ․ Արման Թաթոյան
SOCIETYԱդրբեջանական զինվորականների հանցավոր արարքները կոպիտ կերպով խախտում են Կութ գյուղի բնակիչների, իրավունքները, երեխաների շահերը: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը։
«Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանի գլխավորած աշխատանքային խումբը փաստահավաք աշխատանքներ է իրականացրել Կութ գյուղում: Պաշտպանը Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Գնել Սանոսյանի, Վարդենիս համայնքի ղեկավար Արամ Մելքոնյանի ուղեկցությամբ այցելել է Կութ գյուղ:
Պարզվել է, որ ադրբեջանական զինվորականները, բացահայտ կեղծ քարտեզների վկայակոչմամբ, անօրինական առաջ են եկել դեպի Հայաստանի տարածքից ներս` քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերի ուղղությամբ:
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը քննարկում է ունեցել գյուղի բնակիչների հետ, որոնք մեծ մասամբ զբաղվում են անասնապահությամբ:
Կութ գյուղի հովիվներից մեկը Պաշտպանին տեղեկացրել է, որ մայիսի 12-ին կենդանիներին արածացնելու ժամանակ գյուղի հարակից սարում նկատել է ադրբեջանական զինվորականների, որոնք զենքի ցուցադրումով հանցավոր սպառնալիքով պահանջել են անմիջապես լքել արոտավայրը, ցուցաբերել են ագրեսիվ պահվածք: Հովիվը մեկ այլ համագյուղացու օգնությամբ է կարողացել սարից արագ իջեցնել կենդանիներին: Ընդ որում, արոտավայրը գտնվում է ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքում:
Մարդիկ տեղում ահազանգեր են ներկայացրել այն մասին, որ Կութ գյուղը և դպրոցը հայտնվել են ադրբեջանական նշանառության ներքո: Ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողների ներկայությունն իրենց արոտավայրերի տարածքներում, իրենց բնակավայրի հարևանությամբ վտանգում է մարդկանց կյանքն ու անվտանգությունը, խաթարել է հոգեկան անդորրը: Նրանց մի մասը չի կարողանում օգտվել արոտավայրերից, զբաղվել անասնապահությամբ, որ իրենց ընտանիքների եկամտի աղբյուրն է, խոշոր ու մանր եղջերավոր կենդանիներին չեն կարողանում պահել սարատեղիների անասնագոմերում, ջուր խմեցնել կամ արածեցնել, վտանգված է ոռոգման նպատակով ջրային պաշարների հասանելիությունը:
Պաշտպանի գլխավորած աշխատանքային խումբն արձանագրել է, որ Կութ գյուղն ու դպրոցը հայտնվել են ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների նշանառության տակ:
Ադրբեջանական զինվորականների նկարագրված անօրինական արարքները հաստատում են ՀՀ սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքների երաշխավորման նպատակով անվտանգության գոտու բացարձակ անհրաժեշտությունը:
Փաստահավաք աշխատանքի արդյունքները կամփոփվեն և կուղարկվեն միջազգային մարմիններին»:
