Սյունիքի իրադարձությունները պրովոկացիա են մեր և ռուսների դեմ, ու դա անում է ոչ թե Ադրբեջանը, այլ` Թուրքիան․միջազգայնագետ

«Ինչ է կատարվում Սյունիքում
Միշտ եղել եմ այն կարծիքին, որ պատերազմը չի ավարտվել, քանի որ պատերազմող և շահագրգիռ կողմերից և ոչ մեկը դրա արդյունքներով բավարարված չէ:
Հիմա հերթով.
Հիշու՞մ եք Իսկանդերի պատմությունը: Էն, որ Բաքուն մեղադրում էր ռուսներին, որ նրանք պատերազմի ժամամակ Իսկանդեր էին կիրառել Ադրբեջանի դեմ: Ո՞րն էր այդ մեղադրանքի իմաստը:
Պարզ է չէ՞, որ դա թուրքերն են՝ Ադրբեջանը չէ:
1. Թուրքիան մեծ ցանկություն ունի ռազմական ներկայություն ունենալու Ադրբեջանի տարածքում:
2. Ադրբեջանի տարածքում թուրքական (ՆԱՏՕ) ռազմաբազան սպառնալիք է առաջին հերթին ՌԴ համար:
3. Արցախի տարածքում (Ադրբեջանը դա իրենն է համարում) ռուսական ռազմաբազան խնդիր է Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի համար:
4. Իսկանդերը ռուսների «գրպանը գցելով» Թուրքիան երկու հարց է լուծում: Ասում է դու կողմնակալ ես, ուստի խաղաղապահ առաքելությունդ կողմնակալ է: Ուրեմն, կամ դուրս արի, կամ էլ մենք էլ բերենք ռազմաբազա դնենք Ադրբեջանի տարածքում, քանի որ՝ այո, մենք էլ մյուս կողմի օգտին ենք կողմնակալ:
Հիմա գնանք Սյունիք:
Սա պրովոկացիա է ոչ միայն մեր, այլև ռուսների դեմ: Ու դա էլ Ադրբեջանը չէ՝ Թուրքիան է:
1. Հիմա ռուսներին (ՀԱՊԿ) փաստի առաջ են կանգնեցրել (նաև մեր ձեռքով): Կամ պետք է հատուկ օպերացիա իրականացնի ու ուղիղ բախվի ադրբեջանցիների հետ, կամ փորձի ինչ-որ հարցում Թուրքիայի համար գնա զիջման:
2. Թուրքիայի (արևմուտք) ցանկությունը մեկն է: Կամ Ռուսաստանը պետք է ռազմական ներկայությունը դադարեցնի տարածաշրջանում և Հարավային Կովկասում ազդեցության համար լինի միայն տնտեսական մրցակցություն (տես Վրաստանի օրինակը), կամ Թուրքիան էլ պետք է ռազմական ներկայություն ունենա՝ այսինքն ՆԱՏՕ-ն ՌԴ սահմանակից երկրում:
3. Կա նաև մեկ այլ սցենար: Ռուսաստանը չի ներքաշվում, Բաքուն Սյունիքում շարունակում է առաջխաղացումը: Եթե մենք ադեկվատ ղեկավարություն և զինված ուժեր ունենայինք, երրորդ սցենարը մեր վրա կվերցնեինք ու կկասեցնեինք դրա ընթացքը:
