Պեսկովը դժվարացել է պատասխանել հարցին` արդյոք Պուտինը ստացել է Փաշինյանի նամակը ռազմական օգնության մասին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը համոզված է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցով Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների կատարումն այլընտրանք չունի: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, վկայակոչելով ՏԱՍՍ-ը,այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։
«Նախագահը համոզված է, որ եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների կատարումն այլընտրանք չունի, եւ այժմ եռանդուն ջանքեր են գործադրվում լարվածությունը լիցքաթափելու եւ սահմանին իրավիճակը շտկելու համար», - ասել է Կրեմլի ներկայացուցիչը:
Պեսկովը դժվարացել է պատասխանել այն հարցին, թե արդյոք Պուտինը ստացել է ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նամակը ռազմական օգնության մասին: Նա նշել է, որ «այդ բոլոր հարցերը բազմիցս քննարկվել են երկկողմ շփումների ընթացքում»:
Պեսկովի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանը մշտական կապի մեջ է Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի հետ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի իրադրության կարգավորման հարցով:
Արցախի դեմ 2020թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանի կողմից՝ Թուրքիայի աջակցությամբ և վարձկան-ահաբեկիչների ներգրավվմամբ սանձազերծված պատերազմն ավարտվել է նոյեմբերի 9-ին՝ Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների համատեղ հայտարարությամբ:
Մայիսի 12-ին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի զինծառայողների որոշ խմբեր հատել են Հայաստանի պետական սահմանը և Սյունիքի Սև լիճը պարփակելուն ուղղված գործողություններ կատարել: Հայաստանի զինված ուժերը մարտավարական բնույթի հակագործողություններ են իրականացրել: Հարակից որոշ տարածքներում դիրքավորված ադրբեջանցիները հայկական զինուժի մարտավարական հակագործողությունների արդյունքում հեռացել են զբաղեցրած բնագծերից: Միաժամանակ, ադրբեջանական զինուժի շուրջ 250 ներկայացուցիչ շարունակում է գտնվել ՀՀ պետական սահմաններից ներս՝ Սյունիքի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերի որոշ հատվածներում:
Փաշինյանը մայիսի 14-ին պաշտոնապես դիմել է ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի գործող նախագահ Տաջիկստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Էմոմալի Ռահմոնին՝ 1992 թվականի մայիսի 15-ի «Հավաքական անվտանգության մասին» պայմանագրի երկրորդ հոդվածի շրջանակում ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների դիրքորոշումները համակարգելու և առաջացած սպառնալիքի վերացման համար միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու նպատակով արտակարգ խորհրդատվություններ անհապաղ սկսելու մեխանիզմը գործադրելու համար:
«Հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի որոշ հատվածներում նկատվում է լարվածության եւ ադրբեջանական ուժերի ագրեսիվության աճի միտում: Բացի ներքին անվտանգային միջոցառումներից, Հայաստանն էլ ավելի է ակտիվացնում Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրով եւ հայ-ռուսական ռազմավարական համակարգով նախատեսված արձագանքման ընթացակարգերը»,- մայիսի 17-ին նշել է Փաշինյանը:
