Հայաստանում բնակեցված չէ 16 բնակավայր․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Տարիներ շարունակ Հայաստանի գլխավոր խնդիրներից մեկը գյուղական բնակավայրերի դատարկվելն է եղել: Բոլոր իշխանություններն էլ խոսել են տարածքային համաչափ զարգացման մասին, սակայն փաստն այն է, որ Հայաստանում այսօր կան նույնիսկ այնպիսի բնակավայրեր, որոնք բնակիչ չունեն:
«Փաստ» թերթը գրավոր հարցում էր ուղարկել ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարություն՝ ճշտելու, թե մեր երկրում քանի բնակավայր ունի մինչև 100 բնակիչ, և քանի բնակավայր ընդհանրապես բնակեցված չէ: Նախարարությունից պատասխանել են, որ Արարատի, Արմավիրի, Գեղարքունիքի, Տավուշի, Շիրակի, Սյունիքի մարզերում մինչև 100 բնակիչ ունեցող համայնքներ չկան: «Արագածոտնում 100 անձից պակաս բնակչություն ունեն Վերին Սասունիկ, Դպրեվանք և Ծաղկասար համայնքները, Լոռու մարզում՝ Հալավար և Քարաբերդ համայնքները: Բնակեցված չեն Լոռու մարզում՝ երկու, Շիրակի մարզում՝ երեք, Սյունիքի մարզում՝ 11 բնակավայր: Նշենք, որ այդ բնակավայրերը գտնվում են խոշորացված համայնքներում»,- նշված է նախարարության պատասխանում: Իսկ ի՞նչ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում այդ բնակավայրերը ենթակառուցվածքներով ապահովելու, դրանք վերաբնակեցնելու ուղղությամբ:
«Մարզերում համայնքների սոցիալտնտեսական տարբեր ծրագրեր են իրականացվում՝ պետության, միջազգային և տեղական կազմակերպությունների միջոցներով: Մասնավորապես՝ նպաստավոր պայմաններ են ստեղծվում սակավ բնակեցված կամ լքված համայնքների վերաբնակեցմանն ու տնտեսական զարգացմանն ուղղված ներդրումային ծրագրեր իրականացնելու համար», -պատասխանել են ՏԿԵ նախարարությունից:
