«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի՝ կառավարությանը մոտ կանգնած աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունում ՀՀ փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Տիգրան Ավինյանի, ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արսեն Թորոսյանի եւ նախկին նախարար, այժմ ՀՀ վարչապետի գլխավոր խորհրդական Արայիկ Հարությունյանի դիրքերը ամրանում են: Այս երեք անձինք են ՀՀ վարչապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մոտ մուտք ու ելք ունենում ու նրան զեկուցում երբեմն անցանկալի ինֆորմացիա: Կամաց-կամաց իշխանության ներսում այս թոփ եռյակի նկատմամբ լարվածություն է առաջանում:

Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների՝ Ավինյան-Թորոսյան-Հարությունյան խումբը տարբեր անձանց մասին այնպիսի ինֆորմացիաներ է տվել վարչապետին, որ դրա արդյունքում մարդիկ կա՛մ ազատվել են աշխատանքից, կա՛մ հայտնվել ՀՀ վարչապետի սեւ ցուցակում` շարքային աշխատակիցներից սկսած մինչեւ ամենաբարձր պաշտոն ունեցող անձինք: Վերջիններս մշտապես դժգոհում են տարբեր նախարարների աշխատանքներից, իսկ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Վահրամ Դումանյանը, օրինակ, արդեն նրանց թիրախում է:

Եռյակը որեւէ կապ չի պահում իշխանական խմբակցության պատգամավորների հետ, ու շատերը սեւ ցուցակներում են հայտնվել նաեւ պատգամավորներից: Խիստ մշուշոտ է այսօրվա լուծարված խորհրդարանի ներկայացուցիչների մեծամասնության ապագան»:
