Երեկ սահմանին բռնցքամարտ է տեղի ունեցել թուրքերի հետ, մերոնք ծեծվել են. Թուրքերը եղել են 50 հոգի, մերոնք՝ 10-20, կամ ավելի քիչ
SOCIETYԵթե նայում եք Փոքր ու Մեծ Իշխանասարերը բարձունքներ են 3 հազարից ավել, այդ բարձունքները ով իշխում է, մշտադիտարկում է անում այդ տարածքներում, ոչ միայն Սյունիքում, այլ նաև Քարվաճառի զգալի հատվածում: Այս մասին մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարեց հետախույզ Վովա Վարտանովը:
Վարտանովի խոսքերով, այդ բարձունքները բարեբախտաբար կամ ՀՀ սահմանում են, կամ ջրբաժան են հանդիսանում, արդյունքում մենք կարողանում ենք գտնվել այդ բարձունքներում. «Թուրքը որևէ բան հենց այնպես չի անում: Ի տարբերություն մեզ՝ նա մտածել սիրում է ու սիրում է իրականացնել իր մտածածը»:
Վարտանովն ասաց, որ թուրքի մտած տարածքից 10 կմ հեռավորության վրա գտնվում է մայրուղին, որը Հայաստանը կապում է Իրանի հետ. «Եթե այդ մայրուղին փակվի, Սյունիքը կտրվում է: Բայց ոչ պակաս կարևոր է Վերջին Շորժայի հատվածը։ Թուրքերը ոչ մի բան հենց այնպես չեն անում: Հիմա ջրի աղբյուրների վրա են: Ոչ միայն բարձունք են կարողանում վերցնել, կամ ստիպել մեզ հետ քաշվել: Նույնը Վերին Շորժայի մասին է:
Եթե նայում ես դեպի Քարվաճառ, վերևից ձորակ կա, այդ ձորակ էլ են մտել: Երեկվա բոքսի արդյունքում մենք մի քանի միավոր զենք ենք կորցրել: Երեկ առավոտյան, ինչպես հաճախ լինում է Հնդկաստանի ու Պակիստանի սահմանին, մեր տղաները բռնցքամարտի մեջ են մտել թուրք զինվորականների հետ: Թուրքերը շատ են եղել, մերոնք ծեծվել են, թուրքերը մի քանի միավոր զենք են խլել: Թուրքերը եղել են մոտ 50 հոգի, մերոնք եղել են 10-20 հոգի, կարող ա ավելի քիչ: Դա 100 տոկոսանոց տեղեկատվություն է»։
Վարտանովը նշեց, որ դա գալիս է նրանից, որ զինվորականը ժամանակին իր պարտականությունները չի կատարում. «Զինվորականն իր պարտականությունները կատարում է, եթե իր մեջքին մարդիկ, կառույցներ կան կանգնած: Երբ զինվորը գնում է առաջնագիծ, իրեն հրաման է տրվում պահպանել ու պաշտպանել:
Պահպանություն նշանակում է դիտարկում ու կանխում, իսկ պաշտպանելն այն է, որ եթե հնարավոր չէ կանխել, պետք է ոչնչացվի այն ուժը, որը բացահայտ ագրեսիայի դրսևորում է ցուցաբերում՝ քո տարածք մտնելով, նույնիսկ՝ քո տարածք չմտած:
Եթե մեր զինվորականներն ունենային համապատասխան հրաման, եթե զգային, որ իրենց հետևին կանգնած են, չէին վախենա, չէին զգուշանա, կկրակեին, հնարավոր է, որ այս պատմությունները չլինեին:
Կրակելը հնարավոր չէ անպայման ոչնչացնել: Օրինակ երեկ, երբ թուրքերը վրա են տվել, 3-4 հոգի օդ են կրակել մերոնցից, դրանից հետո թուրքերը մոտ 50 հոգի օդ կրակելով սկսել են արագ մոտենալ: Եթե նման կրակը լիներ օրինակ մեկ շաբաթ առաջ, կարող է կանգնեցներ հակառակորդին ու այս իրավիճակը չստեղծվեր»:
