Որքան ճիգեր ես գործադրում մի պահ քեզ պատկերացնել հայկական այսօրվա իշխանությունների դերում և փորձել մտածել այնպես, ինչպես իրենք են մտածում և գործում մեր տարածաշրջանում ստեղծված ներկա ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակում, չի ստացվում...
Չի ստացվում, քանզի նրանց կատարած և կատարվող քայլերի արդյունքում ստեղծված քաոսային դրությունն՝ իր անտրամաբանական ու անորոշ զարգացումներով այնքան է խճճվել, որ դժվար թե, առանց շրջադարձային հանգուցալուծումների, դրանից որևէ մեկը գլուխ հանի...
Հասել ենք այն օրվան, երբ երկրի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը Հայրենիքը տեսնում է այնտեղ, որտեղ մարդ է ապրում... Իսկ այն տարածքները, որոնք անբնակ են, նրանց համար ոչ թե Հայրենիքի մաս են, այլ, պարզապես, «ամայի որոշ տարածքներ...»
...Եվ ստեղծված քաոսի գագատնակետը՝ պարզվում է, որ այդպես են մտածում ոչ միայն, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, բանակում չծառայած պատահականությունները, այլև դատելով տարածված պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունից, նաև այն կառույցի այսօրվա ղեկավարությունը, որը կոչված է պաշտպանելու երկրի անվտանգությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը...
Հարց.- Այսքանից հետո հնարավո՞ր է մտածել այնպես, ինչպես իրենք են մտածում...
