POLITICSԱյսօր՝ մայիսի 18-ին, ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը ոլորտային մասնագետների հետ հանդիպումների շրջանակներում հանդիպում ունեցավ առողջապահության ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում հարցերի մի մասը վերաբերում էր Սյունիքի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերում սահմանային իրավիճակին և Հայաստանի՝ օգնության համար ՀԱՊԿ-ին դիմելուն։
«Դու քո դիրքը բերել-դրել ես խորքում, Ադրբեջանը առաջ է եկել, դու աշխարհով մեկ գոռում ես՝ թող Ղազախստանը, Ղրղզստանը գա՝ Ադրբեջանին հետ մղի: Դու ո՞ւր ես։ Ինչո՞ւ է այնպես ստացվել, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի շրջաակներում բոլորն ավելի լավ հարաբերություն ունեն Ադրբեջանի հետ, որը ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամ երկիր չէ, քան Հայաստանի հետ: Այս պարզ հարցի պատասխանը պե՞տք է տան, թե՝ ոչ: Ինչո՞ւ պետք է Բելառուսը, Ղազախստանը և մյուս երկրներն ավելի լավ հարաբերություն ունենան Ադրբեջանի հետ:
Հիմա դու իրենց ես դիմում, իրենք ինչո՞ւ պետք է քեզ պաշտպանեն: Սահմանին կանգնած չես, քո սահմանը չես պաշտպանում, դիմում ես ՀԱՊԿ-ին ու դա որպես հերոսություն մատուցում ժողովրդին, թե՝ դիմեցի ՀԱՊԿ-ին: Հետո՞: Ուղղակի զավեշտի է վերածվում պետության հիմնական ֆունկցիաներից մեկը՝ անվտանգության ապահովումը»,- ասաց երկրորդ նախագահը:
Սահմանային ճգնաժամի և Սյունիքում կատարվող իրադարձությունների հնարավոր զարգացումների մասին երկրորդ նախագահն ասաց․ «Ոչինչ չի արվում երկրի սահմաններն ամրացնելու ուղղությամբ։ Եթե դու ունես սահման, պետք է պաշտպանես քո՛ զինված ուժերով։ Դրա համար պետք է հասկանալ՝ որտե՞ղ են քո դիրքերը։ Այս ընթացքում մեր զինված ուժերին պետք էր հնարավորություն տալ համապատասխան խտությամբ զորք տեղակայել այդ սահմանին։
Կարծում եմ՝ մեզանից առաջին հերթին պահանջելու են սահմանների դեմարկացիա անել, և ստիպելու են ճանաչել այդ սահմանները։ Անընդհատ ստիպելու են ինչ-որ բան ստորագրել։ Սրանք չոքած մարդիկ են և վստահ եմ, որ որևէ դիմադրություն չի լինելու։
Մեր լրջագույն խնդիրն այս պահին դիմակայելու նոր ռեսուրսի իսպառ բացակայությունն է»։
