Սեւ լճի տարածքում իրավիճակն արդեն մեկ շաբաթ է՝ անփոփոխ է․ բանակցությունները, ըստ էության, արդյունք չեն տվել՝ ադրբեջանցիները ոչ մի թիզ չեն նահանջել, կասկածի տակ է նաեւ այսօր նախանշված եռակողմ բանակցությունների շարունակությունը։
Երեկ Սյունիքի մեր աղբյուրներից տեղեկացանք, որ ադրբեջանցիները ռուս խաղաղապահներին հայտնել են, թե Փաշինյանին վերջնաժամկետ են տվել՝ կա՛մ կբարձրաձայնի բանավոր պայմանավորվածությունների ընթացքում Ալիեւին տված իր խոստումները, որ Սյունիքի Սեւ լճից իրենց հեռանալու դիմաց Ադրբեջանին է տալու Տավուշի մարզի 9-12 գյուղ եւ Տիգրանաշենը՝ Քյարքին, ինչպես նաեւ 2 միջանցք Սյունիքում, կա՛մ իրենք կհրաժարվեն բանակցություններից եւ կհիմնավորվեն Սեւ լճում։ Երեկ շուռնուխցիներին նաեւ տեղեկություններ էին հասել, որ ադրբեջանական սահմանակից համայնքներում զորքի տեղաշարժ կա։
Ի դեպ, եթե անգամ բավարարվի ադրբեջանական պահանջը, միեւնույն է՝ զորքն ամբողջությամբ չի հեռանալու Սեւ լճից․ մնալու են ՀՀ տարածքում` մոտ 200 հա-ի վրա, այդ հատվածում ադրբեջանցիներն ու հայերն ունենալու են 4-ական դիրք: Դիրքերում ռազմական ծառայությունն իրականացնելու են կանոնավոր բանակի ծառայողները, ովքեր զինված են լինելու միայն թեթեւ հրաձգային զենքերով:
