Մուրադովը չի գնացել բանակցությունների՝ ինչ-որ փաստաթուղթ կա սեղանին
INTERVIEWHraparak.am-ը գրում է․
Այսօր տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ ադրբեջանցիները չեն ներկայացել ժամը 14։00-ին նախատեսված բանակցություններին`սահմանախախտման հարցերի քննարկմանը։ Լուրեր տարածվեցին նաեւ, որ ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորքերի հրամանատար, գեներալ Ռուստամ Մուրադովն ու հայկական կողմը գնացել են բանակցություններին, իսկ ադրբեջանական կողմը՝ ոչ։
Թե որն է պատճառը, փորձեցինք ճշտել Արցախի ԱԻ պետական ծառայության տնօրենի նախկին տեղակալ, գնդապետ Բորիս Ավագյանից, որը սերտ առնչություններ ունի Մուրադովի հետ։ «Ես չունեմ էդպիսի տեղեկություններ, որ գեներալ Մուրադովը գնացել է Ստեփանակերտից Գորիս»,-ասաց նա։
-Իսկ ինչո՞վ է պայամանավորված այս բանակցությունների չեղարկումը։
- Բանակցություններն ունեն հիմք, չէ՞, ինչ-որ առարկա, որի շուրջ պետք է բանակցեն։
-Առարկան ադբեջանցիների առաջխաղացումն է Սև լճի եւ Վարդենիսի տարածքում։
-Միայն դա՞ է առարկան։ Ես կարծում եմ՝ ճիշտ կլինի, որ Դուք հարցում կատարեք պաշտպանության նախարարություն և կառավարություն, թե այլ ի՞նչ առարկաներ կան բանակցային պրոցեսի մեջ։
-Ճի՞շտ է, որ բանակցային սեղանին կա ինչ-որ փաստաթուղթ, որով Տավուշից վեց գյուղ է տրվելու և Արարատից՝ Տիգրանաշեն գյուղը՝ նախկին Քյարքին։
-Ես չեմ բացառում, որ կան փաստաթղթեր, որովհետև բանակցությունների ընթացքում, անշուշտ, ձևավորվում են փաստաթղթեր, որովհետև բանակցությունները չեն կարող միայն բանավոր տեղի ունենալ։
Մենք փորձեցինք կապ հաստատել ինչպես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսնակ Մանե Գևորգյանի, այնպս էլ ՊՆ խոսնակ Գևորգ Ալթունյանի հետ, սակայն առաջինը չէր պատասխանում զանգերին, երկրորդի հեռախոսն անջատած էր։ Դիմեցինք ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Աննա Նաղդալյանին, վերջինս էլ առաջարկեց մեզ դիմել ուժային կառույցներին, քանի որ այդ հարցով ուժայիններն են բանակցում։
ՀԳ. Մեր տեղեկություններով, խաղաղապահների ռուս հրամանատարն անիմաստ է համարել գնալ բանակցությունների, քանի որ Փաշինյան-Ալիեւ ուղիղ կապով ինչ որ բանակցություններ են ընթանում եւ լուրեր կան, որ անգամ փաստաթուղթ կա, որը պատրաստվում են կյանքի կոչել։ Այդ փաստաթղթում նշված է սահմանային դելիմիտացիա եւ դեմարկացիա անելու անհրաժեշտության մասին՝ Տավուշի գյուղերի եւ Արարատի մարզում։ Դիվանագիտական լեզվով դա նշանակում է Տավուշից 6 գյուղ եւ Տիգրանաշենը հանձնվում է թուրքին։
