Միքայել Մինասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Գերագույն վիժվածքը հայտարարեց, որ կրկին գաղտնի բանակցում է և ստորագրելու է հերթական հակահայ փաստաթուղթը:

Փաստ 1. Նա կրկին ժողովրդից գաղտնի, միանձնյա որոշում է պետության ճակատագիրը՝ զիջելով Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանությունն ու հանձնելով արդեն Հայաստանը:

Փաստ 2. Նորից գաղտնի համաձայնվել է հերթական զիջումներին հօգուտ Ադրբեջանի:

Փաստ 3. Հաստատեց, որ իր թողտվությամբ թշնամին շարունակում է խորանալ և ամրանալ Հայաստանի տարածքում (250 հոգանոց ադրբեջանական զորքը դարձել է 500):

Փաստ 4. Հաստատեց, որ թշնամուն է հանձնելու Տավուշի գյուղերը, հաջորդիվ վստահաբար Սևանի ու Ջերմուկի սարերը:

Հ.Գ. Եթե երեկ չհրապարակեի փաստը, միայն ստորագրումից հետո ժողովուրդը կիմանար դրա մասին: Եթե «ծածկված տեքստն անհարգալից վերաբերմունք էր», հրապարակի՛ր չծածկվածը, վիժվա՛ծք, դու չէի՞ր հրապարակի հարթակից երդվում, որ ժողովրդի մեջքի հետևում ոչինչ չես ստորագրելու: Հրապարակի՛ր ստորագրելիքդ ու անպայման գաղտնի հավելվածն էլ հետը ու նաև Ալիևի հետ բանավոր պայմանավորվածություններդ:

Ինչ վերաբերում է ադրբեջանական գործակալների մասին դրա դուրս տվածին. իշխանությունը զավթելու առաջին օրից մարդ ու կնիկ Ադրբեջանի հետույքում եք. մեկդ Ղարաբաղի հարցի լուծումը Ադրբեջանի համար ընդունելի լինելու մասին էր քարոզում, մյուսդ Մեհրիբանին Արցախ չայ խմելու ու մուղամ լսելու էր հրավիրում՝ հայ ժողովրդին համոզելով, թե թշնամին «կիրթ ու կառուցողական» է: Դո՞ւ ես գործակալներից խոսում, ոչնչությո՛ւն:

Հայաստանում կա ադրբեջանական մեկ գործակալ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյան անունով, որը Ադրբեջանին նվիրեց Արցախը, Սյունիքի ու Գեղարքունիքի բարձունքները՝ շարունակական պարտության դատապարտելով երկիրը:

Միայն Ադրբեջանի գործակալի վարչապետության պայմաններում թշնամին կարող էր Հայաստանի տարածքում հայ զինվորի ծեծել ու նվաստացնել և առանց խոչընդոտի զավթել տարածքներ:

Միայն թուրքի կոշիկ լիզողը կարող է արդեն 6 ամիս դավաճան հայվանի պես ստորագրեր այն, ինչ դեմ են տալիս՝ հակառակ հայ ժողովրդի ու Հայաստանի շահի և հանուն սեփական աթոռի:
