«Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքը հայտարարություն է տարածել

Ադրբեջանական զորքերի անարգել ներթափանցումը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք, նրանց դիրքավորումը, Հայաստանին ներկայացվող նոր պահանջները, ինչպես նաև՝ այսօր, կապիտուլյանտ իշխանության ղեկավարի հաստատումն այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցություններում կա նոր փաստաթղթի նախագիծ, խորը մտահոգությունների տեղիք են տալիս:
Սա այն անհայրենիք իշխանությունն է, որը քողարկել է 2018 թվականի մայիսից ի վեր, արցախյան բանակցությունների իրական ընթացքը, երկիրը հասցրել արյունալի պատերազմի, հանգեցրել կործանարար պարտության և հասարակությունից թաքուն ստորագրել նվաստացուցիչ հայտարարության տակ:
Սա այն անհայրենք իշխանությունն է, որը հրադադարի համաձայնությունից հետո Ադրբեջանին է զիջել նաև նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթներից չբխող տարածքները՝ Կովսականի, Սանասարի հատվածում, ինչպես նաև՝ Հադրութի շրջանի Խծաբերդ, Հին թաղեր գյուղերը, ռազմավարական նշանակության Դիզափայտ լեռն ու հարակից բարձունքները:
Այս զիջումները անհայրենիք իշխանությունը տևական ժամանակ թաքցրել է հասարակությունից և ընդունել է միայն դրանց որոշ մանրամասների հայտնի դառնալուց հետո:
Այս հանգամանքը ցույց է տալիս, որ չկա որևէ երաշխիք, թե ներկայիս բանակցությունների ընթացքը, առավել ևս՝ օրակարգում գտնվող նախագիծը համապատասխանում են Հայաստանի, Արցախի և հայ ժողովրդի կենսական շահերին:
Հաշվի առնելով վերոգրյալը՝ «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքը`
1. Պահանջում է անմիջապես դադարեցնել բոլոր ստվերային գործարքները և բանակցությունները Հայաստանին և Արցախին վերաբերող հարցերով:
2. Պահանջում է անհապաղ հրապարակել ամբողջական փաստաթղթի նախագիծը՝ իր բոլոր հավելվածներով:
3. Կոչ է անում հայաստանյան քաղաքական, հասարակական դաշտի բոլոր ուժերին և ներկայացուցիչներին, մեր երկրի իրավիճակով մտահոգ քաղաքացիներին՝ այսօր, ժամը 19.00-ին հավաքվելու կառավարության շենքի դիմաց ներկայացված դրույթները բավարարելու պահանջով:
4. Սույն պահանջները չկատարելու դեպքում Դաշինքը իրեն իրավունք է վերապահում բոլոր հասանելի միջոցներով պայքարելու անհայրենիք կապիտուլյանտնի ազգադավ քաղաքականության դեմ:
