POLITICSԵռակողմ հայտարարության մեջ գրված է, որ 4 տարի 6 ամիս հետո Ադրբեջանը կարող է հրաժարվել խաղաղապահների ծառայությունից, հարց է առաջանում՝ հետո ի՞նչ է լինելու, եւ այդ հարցի պատասխանն ես չունեմ: Այս մասին առողջապահության ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների հետ մայիսի 18-ին տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը:
«Այս հարցով պետք է զբաղվի ՀՀ կառավարությունը ամեն օր եւ առնվազն մինչեւ տարվա վերջ պետք է Ղարաբաղում յուրաքանչյուր ապրող բնակիչ հասկանա հետո ի՞նչ է լինելու: Եթե թողենք, երեք տարի հետո փաստի առաջ են կանգնելու: Պարտադիր պետք է վերականգնվի բանակցային գործընթացը, ենթադրաբար դա պետք է լինի Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակում: Հիմա եթե Ռուսաստանը ամբողջությամբ այս նախաձեռնությունն իր վրա է վերցրել, հայտնի պատճառներով, եթե ֆորմատը պետք է փոխվի, ուրեմն կարող է Ռուսաստանը պետք է լինի հիմնական շարժիչ ուժը, որն իր վրա է վերցնում նաեւ բանակցային գործընթացը: Ցանկալի է, որ Մինսկի խումբը շարունակի, եթե ոչ՝ Ռուսաստանը, բայց պրոցես պետք է գնա: Մենք ամեն ինչ պետք է անենք, որ դիվանագիտական գործընթացը շարունակվի, հակառակ դեպքում նույն ճգնաժամն ունենալու ենք 4,5 տարի հետո, որը շատ, հավանաբար, վերածվելու է հումանիտար ճգնաժամի»,-հայտարարեց Քոչարյանը:
Նա նշեց, որ յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է հասկանա, եթե խաղաղապահ զորքը չի մնում, ապա ի՞նչ է անելու. «Նույն օրը հավաքվելու ու լքելու են Ղարաբաղը, դրա համար հենց հիմա պետք է աշխատել, իսկ այս իշխանությունն ուղղակի ընդունակ չէ իրենց օրվա հարցով են զբաղված՝ ուրիշ դարդ, ոնց որ չկա այս երկրում»:
