Հայաստան-Վրաստան միջպետական մայրուղին կանցնի Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ. ինչ փաստաթուղթ է ստորագրվելու
BLOGՏիգրանաշենով (ԽՍՀՄ տարիների Քյարքիի անկլավով) է անցնում Հայաստանի հյուսիսը հարավին կապող մայրուղին և այդ մայրուղու վրա իշխող 1777.1 մ և 1678.7 մ նիշով անանուն բարձունքները։ Այս մասին թելեգրամի իր ալիքում գրել է քաղաքագետ Էդգար Էլբակյանը:
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Եթե գոնե հանրային, լրատվական և փողոցային ճնշումով չփորձենք վիժեցնել այս հանձնումը, կապիտուլյացիոն վարչակարգը կհանձնի այս տարածքը, իսկ հետո իր քարոզչակայսրությամբ կտարածի աղբ, թե «զատո Թեժքար լեռն ու 1960.8 մ անանուն բարձունքը մերն են», իսկ լծի տակ հեծող ժողովրդի մի մասն էլ առանց հասկանալու ծափ կտա»։
Ավելի ուշ նա նաև անդրադարձել է Ոսկեպար գյուղի կարևոր նշանակությանը։
«Կապիտուլյացիոն նոր փաստաթղթի կյանքի կոչումով Ոսկեպար գյուղը կհայտնվի ադրբեջանական աքցանի մեջ և կհայաթափվի, իսկ ՀՀ-Վրաստան միջպետական մայրուղին կանցնի Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ։ Եթե հիշենք, որ փաստացի Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ է նաև ՀՀ-Իրան միջպետական ճանապարհը, ապա Հայաստանը վերջնականապես կհայտնվի թյուրքական աշխարհի երախում։ Առնվազն հանրային, լրատվական և փողոցային ճնշումով պետք է փորձենք վիժեցնել այս հանձնումը, այլապես Հայաստանում հայ մարդկանց ապագան իրոք լրջագույն ու անդառնալի կասկածի տակ կընկնի»,- գրել է նա։
