«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «2021 թվականի ապրիլի 14-ին խորհրդարանում ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, մեղադրելով նախկին իշխանությունների արտաքին քաղաքականությունը, հայտարարել էր.
«Հայկական կողմը բանակցությունների շուրջ ունեցել է մի խնդիր՝ անընդհատ հույս ներշնչել Ադրբեջանին, որ նա բանակցությունների արդյունքում կհասնի այն բանին, ինչ ինքն ուզում է:

…Եթե դու 20 տարի անընդհատ հույս ես տալիս, գալիս է պահը, երբ այդ հույսը պիտի արդարացնես»։
Այս իրողությանը զուգահեռ նախօրեին Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւը հայկական կողմին կոչ է արել հրաժարվել Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցից, ճանաչել այն որպես Ադրբեջանի մաս եւ փոխադարձաբար ճանաչել միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականությունը՝ խոստանալով, որ դրանից հետո պատրաստ է հայկական կողմի հետ սերտ համագործակցության՝ էներգակիրների մատակարարման ոլորտում։
Իսկ ինչպես են արձագանքում Ալիեւի պահանջներին ՀՀ խաղաղասեր իշխանությունները։
Հայաստանի ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը Հ1-ի եթերում չի բացառել, որ Հայաստանից գյուղեր եւ անկլավներ են փոխանցելու Ադրբեջանին։ Պետրոս Ղազարյանի հարցին՝ հնարավոր է արդյոք դեմարկացիայի արդյունքում ՀՀ-ից գյուղեր, անկլավներ տրվեն Ադրբեջանին, ԱԽՔ Արմեն Գրիգորյանը պատասխանել է. «Որեւէ մեկը չի կարող այդ հարցին հստակ պատասխանել. մենք ինչ ենք անում, ինչպիսի սահմաններ ենք ունենալու, դա պետք է բանակցվի, պետք է քննարկվի»:

ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանն էլ հայտարարել է. «Գաղտնիք չէ ոչ մեկի համար, որ խորհրդային ժամանակներում Խորհրդային Հայաստանն ունեցել է անկլավ՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից շրջապատված, եւ հակառակը։ Այս հարցերը կարող են դառնալ քննարկման թեմա հետագայում այդ դելիմիտացիայի շրջանակներում, կարող են չդառնալ, կարող են ստանալ այս լուծումը կամ այն լուծումը»։ Նման մի միտք ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստին նշել էր նաեւ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
Ի՞նչ է ստացվում. Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը եկել է իշխանության՝ իրականացնելու Ալիեւի՝ 20 տարիների չարդարացված հույսերը ու սահմանազատման գործընթացով մի շարք գյուղեր ու տարածքներ հանձնելու Ադրբեջանին։ Եվ, որպես ձեռքբերում, նշում է, թե Ադրբեջանի հետ տնտեսական հարաբերությունները կակտիվանան։ Այս ամենն ինչի՞ գնով. բա արցախյան երկու պատերազմների ժամանակ հազարավոր նահատակվածների հիշատա՞կը…»
