«Իրավական ուղի» ՀԿ համահիմնադիր Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

«Ես իհարկե առաջին իսկ օրից խիստ վատատես եմ եղել այս ոչնչությունների իշխանության նկատմամբ։ Առաջին իսկ օրից փաստարկված մտավախություն եմ ունեցել, որ այս ոչնչությունները կործանման են տանելու մեր Հայրենիքը, առաջին իսկ օրից բարձրաձայնել եմ այդ մտավախությունը և արժանացել գրեթե համատարած հակաճառության։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, սկզբնական փուլում ինքս ինձ մտածել եմ, որ դե միգուցե սխալվում եմ, միգուցե միայն առաջին հայացքից են սրանք ոչնչություն…
Բոլոր կասկածներս փարատվեցին 2018թ. հոկտեմբերի սկզբին՝ Մեծ Շանսոնյեի հուղարկավորության օրը։ Այն ժամանակ, երբ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահն ասում էր՝ «Ֆրանսիայում պոետները երբեք չեն մահանում», մեր անգրագետ ոչ բարով վարչապետը, շուստրի խանութպանի նման, փորձում էր իր անիծյալ «հեղափոխությունը», իր հնարած «Նոր Հայաստան» բրենդը վաճառել եվրոպացիների վրա։
«[Շառլ Ազնավուրին] խոստացել էի ծանոթացնել Նոր Հայաստանի հետ, խոստացել էի, որ նա միանգամից կզգա Նոր Հայաստանի հաղթանակած քաղաքացու լավատեսությունն ու ոգին: … Եվ այստեղ, հիմա, աշխարհի աչքի առաջ ուզում եմ … հավաստիացնել, որ անմնացորդ նվիրված եմ այն գործին, որ Նոր Հայաստանը պիտի դարձնի այնպիսին, ինչի մասին Դուք երազում էիք: Ազատ եւ Երջանիկ Հայաստանն իսկապես արժանի գնահատանքը կլինի Հայ ժողովրդի եւ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ Ձեր ունեցած անուրանալի վաստակի:», - սա՛ էր այդ ինքնահավան դատարկության ուղերձն աշխարհին։
Այդ օրը բոլոր կասկածներս փարատվեցին. գործ ունենք նեղմիտ ոչնչության հետ, որ մեզ հասցնելու է ազգային աղետի, ու անգամ «ախ» չի քաշելու։
