Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է կատարել և կից տեսանյութ հրապարակել․

Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանը հունիսի 20-ի ընտրություններում կգլխավորի դեմոկրատական կուսակցության (ՀԴԿ) բաց համամասնական ցուցակը: Այդ որոշմանը միաձայն կողմ են քվեարկել Հայաստանի պատվիրակները՝ կուսակցության համագումարի հյուրերի ներկայությամբ։ "Մարիոթ" հյուրանոցում ավելի քան 500 մարդ քննարկել է այն ծրագիրը որով դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունը գնում է ընտրությունների։ Ծրագրերին իրենց ելույթներում անդրադարձել են Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանը, Նարինե Դիլբարյանը, Արամ Սարգսյանը: Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանը նշել է, որ համագումարը տեղի է ունենում Հայաստանի համար բարդագույն ժամանակահատվածում ՝ ներքին և արտաքին լրջագույն մարտահրավերների պայմաններում, երբ հասարակությունը խաբված է իր սպասումների մեջ և պառակտված ։
 
«Մենք ոչ միայն պարտություն կրեցինք Արցախի 44-օրյա պատերազմում, այլև չկարողացանք վերականգնել բանակը։ Իշխանությունները տապալեցին ամեն ինչ։ Մենք պետք է թիմ ձևավորենք և ընդհատենք ձախողումների շղթան», - նշել է Արզաքանցյանը ։
 
Նրա խոսքով ՝ ինքը վերադարձել է քաղաքականություն, որպեսզի ձեվավորի մի թիմ, որը կարող է «երազանքի պետություն» կառուցել։ Նա նաև նշել է, որ հրավիրում է բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր պատրաստ են ծառայել Հայաստանին և ունեն համապատասխան փորձ, միանալ իր թիմին։ Արզաքանցյանը երկրի պարտության ու խնդիրների պատճառը տեսնում է 1996 թվականին Հայաստանում ստեղծված փակ կլանային կառավարման համակարգում ։
 
«Անձնական շահերը վեր են դասվել հասարակական շահերից։ Կուսակցությունն ունի ռազմավարական նպատակներ, մասնավորապես՝ գիտության եւ կրթության հարցում», - ասել է նա։
 
Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանը նաեվ հավելել է, որ այսօր անհրաժեշտ են օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ՝ ներդրումների ներգրավման, ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի զարգացման համար արտոնությունների տրամադրման, բանակում բարեփոխումների համար: Առաջնահերթությունների թվում նա ներառել է հանրաքվեի անցկացումը՝ Հայաստանի շահերին համապատասխանող Սահմանադրության ընդունմամբ։
Իր ելույթը Արզաքանցյանը եզրափակել է հետևյալ խոսքերով՝ «Մարդը ուժ է, եթե նա մենակ չէ։ Միասին դեպի հաղթանակ»։
 
Համագումարը հաստատել է նաև 2021 թվականի մայիսի 18-ին ստորագրված Համագործակցության հուշագիրը դեմոկրատական կուսակցության և «Tigran Arzakantsyan Foundation»- ի միջև:
 
Համագումարում իր բոցաշունչ խոսքով հանդես է եկել նաև հասարակական գործիչ և բարերար, Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանի տիկին՝ Նատալյա Ռոտենբերգը։
«Բարի օր, Հայաստան, ես ապրում եմ Գավառում։ Մեզ համար կարևոր է ձեզնից յուրաքանչյուրը, ով անտարբեր չէ այն ամենին, ինչ տեղի է ունենում այս երկրում, ով ցանկանում է ինչ-որ բան փոխել այս իրականության մեջ: Մենք մարդիկ ենք, որոնք բարելավում են աշխարհը, մենք ապագայի մարդիկ ենք», - ասել է Նատալիա Ռոտենբերգը՝ անթույլատրելի համարելով այն, ինչ այժմ տեղի է ունենում Հայաստանում ։
Նրա խոսքով այսօր անհրաժեշտ են ակտիվ մարդիկ և նոր առաջնորդներ։
«Մենք գնալու ենք մինչև վերջ, կարևոր չէ, թե մենք ինչերի ենք հանդիպելու այս ճանապարհին։ Ես ուզում եմ, որ այսօր բոլորդ դիտորդներից վերածվեք գործի մարդկանց։ Միայն միասին կարող ենք հզոր Հայաստան կառուցել», - ասել է Ռոտենբերգը ։
 
Նատալիան պատմել է, որ ծնվել է Սիբիրում, բազմազավակ ընտանիքում:
«Ես ուղղափառ եմ, իսկ հավատը մերձեցնում է Հայաստանն ու Ռուսաստանը։ Հիմա տեղի է ունենում հասարակության պառակտում, իսկ մենք պետք է հավատանք և արթնացնենք հավատը։ Միայն հավատը մեզ հնարավորություն կտա գնալ մինչև վերջ»։
