INTERVIEW
Ֆրանսահայ լրագրող, Ֆրանսիայում գործող «Հայաստան» մշակութային միության նախագահ Գրիգոր Ամիրզայանի խոսքով՝ ինքը անհանգստած է Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի կողմից Արցախում պատերազմը դադարեցնելու համար ստորագրված 2020 թ. Նոյեմբերի 9-ի համաձայնագրերի և 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ին ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններից։
Նա Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նման դիտարկում արեց՝ հայտնելով իր անհանգստությունը նաև Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանի որոշման եռակողմ փաստաթղթի վերաբերյալ։
«Ամեն ամեն ինչ չէ, որ գիտենք գործընթացների մասին, և հենց այս անորոշությունն է, այդ տեսակ գաղտնի համաձայնություններն են, որ մեզ ամենից շատ անհանգստացնում են»,- ասաց նա։
Նա մատնանշեց նաև, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ին Շուշիի անսպասելի անկմամբ հանձնումը մեծ անակնկալ ու նույնիսկ ցնցում էր իրենց համար: «Էլ ավելի մտահոգիչ է այդ համաձայնագրերի կիրառումն իր գաղտնի հավելվածներով»,- ասաց նա։
Արցախից հետո, ըստ նրա, անորոշ է մնում Սյունիքի՝ Զանգեզուրի ճակատագիրը, որի մասին խոսում է «Ադրբեջանի բռնապետ» Իլհամ Ալիևը։ Նշեց՝ կարող են լինել գաղտնի պայմանավորվածություններ Սյունիքի ճակատագրի վերաբերյալ, հիշատակեց, որ խոսք է գնում ճանապարհների ապաշրջափակման, միջանցքների մասին: «Դա մեզ ևս անհանգստացնում է»,- ասաց նա։
Գրիգոր Ամիրզայանի խոսքով՝ իրենց համար անհանգստացնող է նաև Սյունիքի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզեր ադրբեջանցի զինվորների ներափանցումը և այնտեղ տեղակայվելը։
«Ինչո՞ւ է հայկական բանակը ցուցաբերում զսպվածություն: Ինչո՞ւ Հայաստանը վրեժխնդիր չէ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի այս ներխուժման համար: Ինչո՞ւ չի միջամտում Ռուսաստանը, որը ռազմական պաշտպանության պայմանագրով կապված է Հայաստանի հետ: Այնքան շատ հարցեր կան, որոնք անհանգստացնում են մեզ: Հայաստանը պետք է շատ արագ վերականգնի իր քաղաքական կայունությունը, իր ինքնավստահությունն ու ուժեղ բանակը, որ կարողանա պայքարել թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի դեմ»,- ասաց նա։
