ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում կատարված բազմակողմանի քննությամբ պարզվել են Վանաձոր քաղաքի 35-ամյա բնակչի կողմից համաքաղաքացիների նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ, ինչպես նաև խուլիգանություն կատարելու դեպքի հանգամանքները:
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2020թ. մարտի 24-ին՝ ժամը 19:30-ի սահմաններում, վերոնշյալ տղամարդը՝ մի քանի անձանց հետ, Վանաձորի Առափնյա-Ներսիսյան փողոցների խաչմերուկում տեղակայված ավտոլվացման կետին հարակից տարածքում, նախապես պայմանավորվածության համաձայն, հանդիպել է մի խումբ համաքաղաքացիների:
Նրանց միջև վիճաբանություն է առաջացել, որի ընթացքում տղամարդը, 20 մմ տրամաչափի որսորդական ողորկափող զենքի օգտագործմամբ բռնություն գործադրելով և դրա սպառնալիքով, դիտավորությամբ կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը և բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով հասարակության նկատմամբ, վիճաբանության մասնակիցներից երկուսին ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով, վերը նշված զենքից կրակոցներ է արձակել նրանց ուղղությամբ, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցրել:
Արդյունքում՝ նրանցից մեկի առողջությանը պատճառվել է միջին ծանրության, իսկ մյուսին՝ կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող ծանր վնաս:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ վերջինիս մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ սպանության փորձ և խուլիգանություն կատարելու համար: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը:
Վերջինիս վերաբերյալ մասն անջատվել է առանձին վարույթ, նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել դատարան:
