Հենց դատախազությունը այս երեք տարվա ընթացքում բացառապես քաղաքական հետապնդումների գործիքի է վերածվել․ Արամ Վարդևանյան
POLITICS«Հայաստան» դաշինքի նախընտրական կենտրոնական շտաբի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Արամ Վարդևանյանը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում ասվում է․
«Գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը այսօր արձագանքել է «Հայաստան» դաշինքի նախընտրական կենտրոնական շտաբի պետ Արմեն Գևորգյանի հայտարարությանը այն մասին, որ մարզերում «իշխանությունները բացահայտ շանտաժի են ենթարկում համայնքների ղեկավարներին և բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչներին»:
Գլխավոր դատախազը լիարժեք անկախ լինելու դեպքում ոչ թե զբաղված կլիներ լիրիկական և քաղաքական բնույթի իբր պատասխան հայտարարություն տարածելով, այլ, պարզապես ելնելով իրենց պարտականություններից՝ քրեադատավարական կարգով ստուգման կենթարկեր նշված տեղեկությունը և ըստ անհրաժեշտության կսկսեր հարուցել քրեական հետապնդումներ: Ավելին, արդեն հանդես կգար հայտարարությամբ, թե ընդդիմադիր ուժերի «իշխանական աջակիցների» կողմից պաստառների վնասման, առանց հիմքի իրավապահների ճնշումների քանի դեպքերով ինչ գործողություն են կատարվել:
Փոխարենը կրկին ունենք մի իրավիճակ, երբ ներկայիս ժամանակավոր իշխանությունը օգտագործում է հնարավոր բոլոր վարչական լծակները և ռեսուրսները քաղաքական հակառակորդների նկատմամբ ճնշումներ իրականացնելու համար, իսկ դատախազությունը պատկերացնում է, որ «Հայաստան» դաշինքը պետք է ստանձնի դատախազության և քննչական մարմինների գործառույթները:
Հիշեցնեմ իբր անկախ և լիրիկական հայտարարություններ անող գլխավոր դատախազությանը, որ հենց իրենք այս երեք տարվա ընթացքում բացառապես քաղաքական հետապնդումների գործիքի են վերածվել, ում նույնիսկ հրապարակավ նախկին վարչապետը հանձնարարականներ է տալիս ու ստանում կատարողական: Հենց նույն դատախազությանը, հիշեցնենք, որ ակնհայտ ապացույցների պայմաններում՝ քննիչների որոշումներ խմբագրող վարչապետի օգնականները վերածվում են բարի կամքի դրսևորողների, իսկ Հայաստանի պետական սահմանը հատողները ոչ մի հարկադրանքի միջոցի չեն ենթարկվում:
Այս շարքը հիմա չեմ ուզում շարունակել և հիշեցնել նույնիսկ ակնհայտ ապօրինի քրեական հետապնդումները, որոնք դատարաններն են արդեն հաստատել, այլ պարզապես շատ հստակ հորդորում եմ՝ մնալ իրավական տիրությում և չշեղվել իրենց պարտականությունների կատարումից, հենց այս լարված և կարևոր փուլում անհապաղ կատարել իրենց գործառույթները՝ կանխելով հակաիրավական, իշխանությունների վարչական ռեսուրսի կիրառումները և իրավապահների ոչ պատշաճ վարքագիծը»:
