Իշխանութունը վաճառում է ունեցածը․ այսինքն պատրաստվում է իշխանությունը հանձնելուն և միգուցե՝ արտագաղթելուն կամ ուղղակի ճողոպրելուն, գրում է Yerkir.am-ը:
Կայքը, մասնավորապես, գրել է. «ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի կնոջը՝ Մարիամ Մարգարյանին պատկանող նորաբաց «Free News» կայքը, ինչպես հայտնի է, այս տարի հեռահաղորդակցության արտոնագրերի մրցույթում շահել էր Երևան քաղաքում հեռարձակվելու իրավունք։ Հենց սկզբից էր պարզ, որ այն ստանալու համար գործադրվել էր վարչական ռեսուրս, քանի որ այդ կայքը ոչ միայն նորաբաց էր և աչքի չէր ընկնում ոչնչով, նաև բավարար աշխատակազմ չուներ։ Նույնիսկ պարզվեց, որ ֆինանսական միջոցների մասին թղթերը թերի են ու ոչ համոզիչ։
Հայտարարել էին, որ լուրջ ֆինանսական ներդրում են անելու, որպեսզի կայքը դառնա հեռուստաալիք։ Սակայն չանցած 5 ամիս, հեռուստաալիքի բոլոր իրավունքները, մեզ հասած տեղեկությունով, Ալեն Սիմոնյանը վաճառել է Արա Աբրահամյանին։
Ակնհայտ է, որ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը, օգտագործելով պաշտոնական դիրքը և ազդեցությունը, իր կնոջ անունով ստանալով հեռարձակման արտոնագիր, ընդամենը ամիսներ անց այն վաճառում է՝ ստանալով շահույթ։
Մեզ հասած տեղեկության համաձայն, այդ շահույթը օգտագործվելու է ՔՊ նախընտրական ծախսերի համար։ Մի կողմից սա ակնհայտ կոռուպցիոն գործողությունների է նման, մյուս կողմից, գնորդը, որը գնել է Ալեն Սիմոնյանին պատկանող կիսաֆաբրիկատ ալիքը, նպաստել է, որ կոռուպցիոն գործարքի արդյունքում ձեռքբերված արտոնագրի վաճառքից ստացվածը ծառայի, երկիրը անդունդի եզրին հասցրած ուժին վերարտադրվելու հավելյալ ֆինանսական միջոցների ավելացմանը։
Մի ուշագրավ փաստ ևս ուրվագծվում է այս պատմության մեջ․ երկրին պարտություն ու աղետ բերած իշխանութունը վաճառում է ունեցածը․ այսինքն պատրաստվում է իշխանությունը հանձնելուն և միգուցե՝ արտագաղթելուն կամ ուղղակի ճողոպրելուն։
